Dyshaen, you failed me twice after upselling me! you have a sales tactic that only works for your group chat vs the customers experience. i believe that the experience should be more important than the sell itsel! if you provide the proper experience people would buy without having buyers remorse let alone hidden fees because you lie just to get a sale. you upsold me upon me just coming to verify my account then tried to blame Damien for you misleading him when the promo offer came from you. you were quick to throw other people under the bus rat than taking full accountability!! T-Mobile New Rochelle the staff there is phenomenal. I usually dread going into the stores. Any phone stores honestly. Genesis and the young man with the beard that was in there are terrific. Switching over from Sprint to T-Mobile I have had such a bad experience since and than I come into this store to finance AirPods with my account and am forced to buy an extra accessory to finance apple airpods. So basically I was denied service I CALLED 611 and they told me they should have been able to finance me only the air pods. I was very disappointed since joining T-mobile. read more

I bought a defective MOTOROLA phone in mamaroneck Metro PCS. SO disgusting there, they refused to take it back and gave me a corporate store in the Bronx to take my phone to. Every store I deal in, stand by their products if defective. Not this place. I'm contacting the NYS attorney general office to report their dishonest crappy ways. Also joined a class action lawsuit. Now, I bought a phone from Jose the manager at METRO on Main St in New Rochelle two years ago and when my sound broke he said bring it in maybe I can fix it or I'll give you a new phone. He couldn't fix it so got me a new phone in two days! I'm not sure if he is still there but I'd go to Jose again in a heartbeat ( and drive a half an hour too) and forget those crooks in mamaroneck Metro PCS. I know I'm going to Jose for my next phone. Talking to anyone at t-mobile feels like having a tooth removed, replaced, and fixed again, and then all three steps repeated 50 times until you can no longer tolerate dialing their number or having to learn how to understand whatever language they speak. Listening to them apologize, but not doing anything to solve the problem, would anger and frustrate anyone. If this sounds like a crazy, non-sensical process, then you have found T-Mobile...the most ridiculous telephone company in the world! I reached out to the company at the corporate level because I was so frustrated with their service. I even wrote a formal letter to John Legere, the CEO of the company. With what I've been through I shouldn't have to pay for a single phone in my possession. I should be upgraded to a brand new 10 or higher, and my 2 other phones should be FREE! I went in the new Rochelle store Wednesday evening. I wanted to switch from Verizon. I don't know the name of the two men that really couldn't be bothered helping me find an affordable plan. I told them I wanted my brothers plan so they looked it up. They said that plan is not available anymore it would be $65 for you. So I told him no thank you I will go next-door to sprint. So they started laughing saying it will be double at Sprint. Well I went to Sprint the customer service was awesome!!! The two men that helped me were very helpful and the plan I got I am extremely happy with. Maybe if the T-Mobile employees turned down the music they were blasting and tried to help me find a plan I would have gotten one there.I actually got a plan for $35 a month and I am going to refer my brother to them. read more

If I could give this store a negative rating I would. Let me start off by saying their customer service is non existent. The current "store manager" Juan G. (Refused to give me his last name) is the most uncompliant, unprofessional, unreasonable manager I have ever came across. Working and managing in a customer service base atmosphere before his actions and the way he spoke would have got him fired. He started off by raising his voice for simply asking him to do his job and give us a follow up on a current situation we're having with a rebate. He had no respect for the customer (me) and then went ahead and verbally threatened me when I said I was going to call corporate. We have gone ahead and filed a complaint with his superiors and as we were doing so we proceeded to yell "I'm not scared to lose my job" gladly, the customer service rep I was speaking to over the phone heard it and made several notes. I am completely disgusted by the fact that this highly unprofessional person was even considered for a "store manager" position. He alone changed my whole prospective on the t-mobile brand itself. read more
