I was having problems with the Wi-Fi on my mobile and since I was in Costco decided to ask one of the reps there. My service is with T-Mobile. The rep I talked to had such an attitude, even though I was very polite, he didn't want to be bothered. He dismissed me and said I should talk to the service Provider. He was bald headed. I can't even tell you his name because he did not have a name tag on. I will never approach anyone at that counter in Costco. He ruined my shopping experience at Costco. My experience with most reps at these counters know as much as I do. I'm a senior and I'm not tech savvy. read more

Came in to upgrade 3 phones originally long time Sprint customer. Kaysha did all 3 transactions. It's been a nightmare since. Returned the tracker that she said was free only to see $10/mo on my bill. Even after I returned it Sprint had to call the store because it was never removed. She also stated the iPhone watch was $10/mo I asked repeatedly only $10/mo was told yes only to see $30/mo on the hill she failed to mention the $20 device fee. Brian the 'manager' is absolutely USELESS I don't know why he's even there. He can't ever help with anything and I have to repeatedly go into the store to deal with their lies and hidden fees!!!! There's one thing that sets these cookie cutter corporate cell places apart from each other... the people. These guys have it down! I was already on T-mobile and basically needed to switch from a sim card to a micro sim card with a new phone I had bought somewhere else. These guys were on it! I was helped from the moment I walked in and they went above and beyond the call to make sure I was set up and ready to go when I hit the door on the way out. Usually you only get this kind of attention if you walk in on a slow day and are the only one there, but this wasn't the case this time. There was a good bit of traffic when I was in there and by the look of the other customers in there at the time, everyone was being well taken care of. The guy who took care of me, Jack deserves a serious shout out as well as the manager on duty at the time for being personable and yet totally professional and on their game. You hear so many horror stories from people about places like this but I'm happy to contribute a good one about a very positive experience. read more

What a pisspoor group of employees. The majority of the staff is approximately 18 years old, holding conversations with each other while "helping" you. Just spent $400 on a phone and I can't even get my SIM card switched over. Never will I EVER be back to this location. Complete unwillingness to help. Don't even bother coming here. read more

While on a work trip in the middle of nowhere managing over 10 people, my iPhone 6 suddenly went black and would not turn back on or charge whatsoever. I came here to find out the issue and was told over and over that I had obviously done damage to it and I needed to buy a new phone. The girl working here, while nice enough, did not bother to look at the phone and very adamantly told me if we sent it in to warranty that they would charge me full $650 upon seeing I had in fact done the damage. I assured her I had not, however she told me because there was a scratch on the side (not even the screen) that I was going to be liable for the damage. She then proceeds to tell me its best for me to buy a new phone, using the savvy lingo of "just upgrade!" because I can "just pay small monthly fees" as if I don't understand I would still be buying a new $650 phone and have to pay the $189 balance owed on my last phone. I left frustrated, went to the repair people at Market Common. The man at the counter told me I had lint stuck in my charger hole.....fixed it in five minutes and it cost me $20. Shame on you T-Mobile for almost costing me $800 for the inability to train your employees the proper way to deepen your own greedy corporate pockets. Blagh. read more
