We paid nearly $400 for shipping and they sent a semi tractor-trailer that couldn't get into our neighborhood. The driver asked us to meet him at a nearby grocery store to unload a pallet with 1500 pounds worth of stuff! When we asked about alternatives the guy at dispatch first said he'd charge hundreds more, then said we could pick it up ourselves at another destination 80 miles away! Luckily, we had borrowed a friend's huge pickup truck that day, but then I had to unload the whole thing by hand into my garage (10 boxes x 150 lbs). And we ordered some extra shelves that we don't need but have to pay all the shipping to get our not so "full refund." So beware of this company.

I've had a rainbow for 5+ years, I do like it. I recently moved to Atlanta and felt it time to…read morechange the filter, so I looked up this retail location. Everyone there could not have been nicer, but they do sell, sell, sell! I asked for the filter after shaking off many, many attempts to have me buy a new model. I just need a filter, I said. A technician was summoned from the back, took one look at the filter and said I needed an extensive cleaning...$149.99. I explained, machine works really good, just want the filter. He said he was able to test the amount of suction ( which by looking at my machine was probable half what it should be) and took my rainbow to his work bench. I trailed behind him to take a look for myself. He tested my machine which pasted with flying colors...he was kinda speechless. Good thing I followed him back and didn't fall for the $149.99 add on. Back to the front where a very nice lady resumed the strong sales pitch for a new machine. The fact that mine is not that old and just tested perfectly was of no consequence! I declined, she did however sell me a " bigger and better" water bin! I was not happy when I got home and discovered said new bin didn't fit and had to take it back for a return. Yep, you guessed correctly...had to go through the hard sell, sell, sell all over agian! As I stated, nice people...but they will try and sell you WHATEVER they can, wether you need it or not!
