I took 3 lines off my account and tmobile still charging me full price 2 months after. Called customer service getting sime 3rd world countries who have no idea what they are doing. Took off work went here spoke with Miguel, very rude worker. After not answering questions asked for manager. No surprise he us in meeting. Spoke with other worker same tmobile charged up to cycle although took the 3 phone off 4 days in cycle. Gave me $13 credit for charging me extra 2 months. I always feel for the folks working at T-Mobile. Some customers are just pains in the culo, It's a company I have been with now for over seven years. The customer service has always been great for me whether it's been allowing me to pay the occasional bill a little late, to once crediting me over $700 for charges I didn't realize I was accumulating on a trip to China. The location at the painfully busy intersection of Flamingo and Miramar Parkway is well staffed, clean and easy to navigate. Even if you have a specific project in mind (pay a bill, get a new phone you've already picked out, etc.) be prepared to wait in a long line sometimes. It's not really the fault of T-Mobile as much as it the fault of the amateur-hour contestants in front of you. Sometimes it's like they've never seen a phone! I'm convinced these are the same people who get in front of me at TSA in the airport and leave their shoes on and forget to take their laptops out, You also may find them at Starbucks asking "what sizes do these come in?". That said, the staff at this store has repeatedly gone out of their way to help me and seems to be very well versed in the range of their product. The store is also equipped with a bill pay station which accepts cash and credit, saving you the time of waiting in line if that's what's on your agenda that day. The shopping center was recently marred by a shooting at the restaurant next door, but let's hope things stay calm in what is a rather new and still-growing shopping center. read more

After 25 years with sprint, we finally made the move. Unfortunately, sprint was less than helpful with the unlocking of three, paid for, galaxy phones that we have. After contacting t mobile customer care, we were visited this location for in person assistance. Wow what a phenomenal experience. We were greeted by Eduardo Perez who was one of the most patient and steadfast customer care professionals that I have experienced. After a lengthy exchange on the phone with Sprint (well beyond his 2pm shift ending time), Eduardo enlisted the assistance of his manager Edward Suarez. Mr. Suarez's title should be the "Samsung Galaxy Whisperer " as he immediately figured out that Sprint failed to properly unlock the phones as they stated. He then researched the proper procedure, worked with Mr. Perez and executed the process flawlessly. Following the proper set up, we were handed off to Hector who continued to personify top tier customer care. Once we returned home, I followed up with Mr. Suarez concerning an additional phone that I added to my t mobile account and he helped me l, telephonically, yet again. T mobile's care at this location is exemplary. What is most awe inspiring is that each employee was just as helpful as his or her counterpart. This is indicative if a solid culture of recruiting and training the right people. Kudos to management at this location and kudos to Eduardo, Edward and hector. read more

We walked in and they helped us right away, however, we spoke to a curly haired girl who didn't let us make our own decisions. We wanted to trade in our phones for an upgrade and she was simply refusing to do it because it was "not worth it" and kept insisting on and on without letting us decide if we wanted to do it or not. She kept saying that we were going to get too little for the trade in and that I was going to lose "all the $750 I payed for that phone", also how "impatience is the worst mistake you could ever make when buying a phone" when I told her I didn't want to wait for the new iPhone coming out in two months and saving $100. I appreciate the suggestion, but not her attitude and telling me what to do and insisting on it. It's MY MONEY, if I wanna spend more or wait less it's my problem. All what was left was for her to say "I'm not gonna do it" because she literally gave us no choice. This is very bad for the store because they lost a customer AND MONEY and now they get a bad review. I suggest you guys train your staff better. You can make all the suggestions you want, but it's up to the customer if they want to go through with it or not. I ended up going to another t-mobile to do the upgrade and the people were very helpful and everything went smoothly. They gave me the same suggestion as she did, but not in a demanding "do as I say" way, they suggested and politely proceeded with the upgrade after I declined. THAT IS HOW IT SHOULD BE. read more

T mobile is okay overall, great prices. But terrible service. My family and I had a simple question and we came in. We were received by someone named Angel and he was very unnecessarily rude. I've been to other stores and even if it's not a t Mobile phone, they've helped us out. Extremely disappointed that we have been with T Mobile for over 10 years and their service providers have no respect for paying customers. So what, we bought 1 phone on amazon? I have T-Mobile for a really long time and I never had a problem with any phone but I had bought but last year in December , I went to the T-Mobile store at the Dolphin Mall the service was bad and so slow they barely know what they were doing , I bought my mom a Samsung phone after a week her phone wont work it wont charge horrible I was 3 week dealing with this calling T-Mobile going back to dolphin mall store and they never help .then I finally went to this store which is close to my house and I was really mad already I was not in the mood at all because no one was able to help me . but the manager of this store was so nice and helpful finally he resolved my problem . Although the store did not have the actual one in stock (64gb iPhone se), the person helping us went out of her way to assist us in upgrading his phone.
