She nsisted speaking Spanish at first, I had to remind her twice speak English cause my friend only speaks English and he's the one purchasing the phone. She's fully bilingual like me so don't know why she kept insisting Spanish, should've left right then and there but we were in an emergency situation cause my friend's phone was stolen moments before arrival. My children and I spent a few miserable years with Metropcs and Tracfone until we came across T mobile, last week. Learning about some great offers I ended up at their store in North Beach. Soukaina, the young lady helping us at the store, quickly explained to me the benefits and I was hooked. Not only her great customer service made it an easy choice but also T-mobile fast speeds, user-friendly website made it a perfect combo. My son got in the plan and I was sad I could not get in my step-daughter at the same convenient rates so I decided to put her line on hold till the next great offer. It's nice to feel one can rely on helpful agents when it comes to mobile service. Soukaina made us feel we may finally have someone we can rely upon should problems arise. Been here a few times. Typically useless customer service. I ended up calling and got more information that I needed. Sometimes it's worth the trip to go a little farther. The t mobile on 41st is better. The one on Lincoln is the best. read more

I walked into this store Thursday morning one of the first client in the store.I had the misfortune to have gotten my beach bag stolen the night before at the beach with my phone and my only ID . When I walked in Thursday my idea was to get a new phone since I am a existing customer at TMobile I was told that I needed a picture iD which at this point it would be impossible to get a phone .I work on my phone so you can imagine how upset I was at the news especially in these times of a pandemic where you can't get a license with out an appointment..well I was upset very upset the manager was called over and his response was these are the rules and if you don't like it you could go somewhere else ...and when I said that's not a way to speak to me your suppose to show compassion he laughed at me so ..This is the beginning of my complaint I plan to escalate this as high as I can . I am sick of employees managers people in general that are in the service business treating people rudely so I am on my way to the store to escalate this matter for whatever this is worth don't go to this store there are plenty of TMobile store with in a 3 mile radius read more

worst tmobile experience ever. this place should be under investigation by corporate tmobile. I didn't know if it was a smoke shop hangout or a tmobile store. The manager is rude, unprofessional and blares profanity rap music for your children to hear. avoid if possible. read more

Walked into this neighborhood T-Mobile location and was told that the over-55 unlimited plan described by T-Mobile @ $50 flat per month does not include Netflix, when your website clearly indicates that it does. Perhaps an employee should actually know the basics of each plan. There aren't that many to memorize. At the very least he could have looked up the information. read more

Have been to many T-mobile stores around the U.S, by far the best and most helpful yet. The workers are very easy to communicate with and know a lot about what they are selling. Felt very comfortable buying a phone from this store since they gave me every detail I needed to know about. Have a variety of phones so you will always find what you are looking for.
