Turns out they're both from Telecom- so if you have questions go to them! We were helped with our interests by Sandy who knocked it out of the park with his customer service skills. Sandy helped us look up all kinds of info and stats to ensure my mom had exactly the speaker she needed versus something that would've been overkill. That kind of sincerity and care goes a long way so naturally we bought it. As a matter of fact, it was such a good experience we went with a different color speaker altogether. They had a different color at a different store but we kept it local. In terms of price point it was well below anything online including Amazon prime. We were then helped by Jose in the TV department, the one and only! to locate a TV that was in high demand, and ofcourse, exactly the brand and size TV that we were hoping for. In this case we walked away with the inky one in stock so it was a great success. All in all a great experience and a lot of consideration.

Att has a habit of errors in billing and they always end up threatening to send you to collections without even having examined their records. It's evident that someone in their end made a big mistake by crediting our automatic payment then deleting it. Resulting in them sending a "final" note to pay.
