I was EXTREMELY LUCKY literally have reps Lucky and Robert help me! Robert helped with the tablet upgrade as I have been a very loyal client to Metro for many years. Lucky helped me fix my issue even going as far as speaking with my payment source and got more done for me than I could myself! Lucky is super intelligent, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful!
