Alyssa was our sales associate and she was patient and knowledgeable. She did not make us feel like our questions were a nuisance and despite needing to spend quite a bit of time with us (we had some issues with our previous phone company), she ensured we received the best customer service possible. She truly went above and beyond, even following up with myself and my parents to ensure we had a smooth transition. I highly recommend this location, Alyssa, and T-mobile. I could not be happier with my new service.

I was EXTREMELY LUCKY literally have reps Lucky and Robert help me! Robert helped with the tablet upgrade as I have been a very loyal client to Metro for many years. Lucky helped me fix my issue even going as far as speaking with my payment source and got more done for me than I could myself! Lucky is super intelligent, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! I don't understand why this Metro representative, Lucky, has NOT been given a managerial or supervisor position as she clearly deserves it! Lucky is a super ROCK STAR!

Now in the past years my pictures have been 10/10 BUT this rude lady that worked there gave me quite the attitude. Now I sat on the chair and the lady positioned me in a rude way, she said smile and I did but I had a case of the sniffles and I needed to sneeze. I came out trying to hold it in...now here is what upset me, when I asked if I could look at the picture or at least retake it she rudely shunned me and told me to go away. Where are their manners? So unless you want an attitude throw down I suggest finding someone else.
