We were there five minutes before anyone seemed to notice we existed. It would have helped had there been a sign up sheet or a "take a number" dispenser. After we were acknowledged we waited a few more minutes before a rep named Carlos took us to a table. He was friendly, but kept disappearing on us to attend to another customer. So he was doing double duty. However, in spite of that he was able to change our plan to a less expensive one and eliminate a line we no longer required. To request another member of the family be designated as an authorized user who can change things when needed requires calling 611 and talking to a rep over the phone. Other than that we were able to accomplish all we set out to do. So the service was efficient once we were waited on. We were happy with Carlos and the service he gave us. I just recommend they have a sign up sheet to deal with the times when more customers than reps are available. It would also help if they could acknowledge people coming in and provide an estimated wait time.

When you arrive, just inside the door, there is a screen where you check in as a walk-in, or to confirm a previously made appointment. I signed in and barely had time to look around to see the displays of cell phones, tablets and internet equipment when my name was called. I have had Spectrum Internet service for several years, and only recently began experiencing some connectivity issues. I explained what was happening, and they looked over our plan and equipment listed. They gave me a new router that works with our new modem, no charge, and sent out a technician to install it and ensure everything was working properly. The few times I have gone to the store, I have always been well taken care of and issues resolved. The employees have always been friendly, helpful, professional, and caring. The prices for their plans are reasonable. I am happy with their service.

When you try to cancel, they try way too hard to keep you as a customer. The process is painstaking and their service is not worth it. Too many disconnections and buffering moments with spectrum.
