When i gave them the ipad i double checked it would be done that same day and what i believe was the owner/manager started to tell me it would be dont most likely the next day. This is why i called in and checked if they couldnt do the job same day if not then they should not have taken the ipad. After all was said and done i got my ipad back with a scratch on the inside top right corner and i was told it was glue from the screen. They said it would dissapear by today but it didnt. I already had an unpleasent experience from this store so i wont be going back to dispute the scratch, regardless this store will damage your expensive electronics and tell you its just a glue strip dont trust them with any of your screens phones tablets or electronics this shop holds no integrity.

They have a great patter but they don't stand behind their promises - they'll say they were cops and know what you need but only paying a lot for nothing is what you will recieve. We needed a security system with video and he sold us the Rolls Royce system. We told him we wanted to prosecute anyone begging or doing damage to our property. When my wife asked for license readers he didn't want to do it because it was to hard, but assured us we had a great system. It was beyond complicated to use and if you wanted any support you would get some one looking to charge outrageous prices for his "expertise". When our pickup truck was stolen in front of the camera, I called to get assistance transferring the video to a disk to give the police, but Rick refused to call me back. How do I know he refused to call me back, when I went to his store to discuss this with him and see if there was anything to do with the video he was not there but an employee got him on the phone... I said Hey I called you yesterday and you didn't call me back and he said "I know" For the thousands we spent, I did not ever expect that indifference and disrespect. Do not go near Spy Tek!!! you are better off with a boxed system from Costco/Sam's/Office Depot/Walmart. We were duped but hope no-one else will fall in to their spider's web of deceit and false security.
