Within those few days he passed away , BEFORE receiving the spa he paid for. we called them immediately to stop delivery , and informed them of the situation. provided them with a death certificate , a power of attorney , Trustee estate paperwork etc and they refuse to refund the money he paid for for an item in which he NEVER received and they still have on hand !!! disgusting human beings , who stated on the phone that they do not care and would not give the refund no matter what !!! Noteworthy that the BGE eggcessories were priced better than I could find online! I went to McAllen with the intention of buying a competing grill down the street, but the bargain they had on the BGE and the fact it was in stock made it impossible to pass up. It's been just over 6 months and the grill is holding up fantastically 10ft from the Laguna madre.

I went in to wet test a hot tub, with full intention of buying one…read more First, their 'testing' tub is set up outside right on a busy street, who wants to test a tub next to traffic? Yuck! Second, they have one set up inside, but they don't want you to get in. Why would you have one set up and not let customers use it? Seriously!? And finally, the last straw, I asked since we couldn't use the one inside and the one outside didn't have the jets I wanted, could they set up the one I wanted to buy? The answer was NO, not going to happen. I couldn't believe it. I was willing to drive back another day (it takes a while to set them up) but the manager didn't want my business. He wouldn't even consider it. I truly haven't been that upset in a long time. It wasn't just that they wouldn't set it up, but his demeanor was simply ugly. It was obvious that they did not want to sell me anything. He was very rude, I couldn't get out of their fast enough. I haven't been treated that bad by a salesperson in a long time. In fact, I don't think I have ever been treated that badly by a salesperson. He made me feel...bad, like I was an idiot for thinking I could buy something from him. So I went to the other hot tub dealer in town and bought one of theirs.

Brendan was then late on delivering the inspection report and when it was delivered it was left mostly blank, included no pictures, and contained only vague information (what little there was). Brendan then charged an astronomical amount for the inspection to my credit card (4-5 times what other companies cand would not respond to phone calls, texts, or emails. DO NOT ISE THIS SERVICE.
