The guy came to my house with credit card, and when he found out the deadbolt was locked, he called a backup, and the solution was to drill my deadbolt lock for an additional $180. $30 alone just for showing up, whether they could get anything done or not. If drilling out the lock was the only solution they knew, I could get a tool from Home Depot or Lowe's for a lot less. Totally amateurs.

He said let me check he came back and said yes But we can't do it now you have to come back in an hour. I ask him how much to rekey the lock he said $45. We got into argument I told him he was being unethical, He said he didn't know it was the type of lock that couldn't be keyed. I told him he should have called me.
