Gateway is one of few stores in the Rio Grande Valley that specializes in teacher supplies. Though…read moreit's a great place to find office supplies in general, their focus is more of things that teachers specifically need. You can find a variety of things divided by content area such as posters for your word walls, borders. Stickers, student achievement certificates, and a myriad of other things. This location even has a laminating machine that's affordable for you to laminate on. Sometimes, you can use the machine for free depending on how much you purchased. My one caveat with this store is that it seems to mark up the prices on their items so that they can offer "discounts" to schools who bring in their purchase orders. Often, the price of items found in the store can be found online much cheaper. Unfortunately, they do not do a price match on online items, so if you aren't going in to buy things through a purchase order, expect to pay prices higher than normal. Other than that, their selection is quite varied and you can have your items faster than waiting for them to arrive by mail. It's just a matter of how soon you need something.

Went there yesterday to make several hundred copies for a job. The copy machine kept jamming and…read morethen would close the job. I had to restart 5 times. 4 times I selected to have the receipt emailed to me, (because it wouldn't print the receipt), so I could forward it to my company for reimbursement. I have not received the receipts in my email so I don't get reimbursed! The last time I had the manager put in her code so I could pay at the register. Again, The copier did not print the receipt. The Manager was obviously irritated that I had to keep calling her over. One of the times it turned out that the copier was out of paper. I will be here on a job for 5 weeks and will go out of my way now to go to Staples where the customer service and copy machines are much better.

You can purchase them by the sheet! I got six stickers per sheet. You can get various sizes and shapes-from 80 small stickers to 1 giant circle or by page!!! Good to know! Of course, you can get more made here from invitations, posters, enlargements and of course copies.

The "Manager" was verbally abusive, demeaning and aggressive after I told him on the phone that the final price was different from the quoted price of two of my photo prints. The Manager not only treated me terribly, he treated Simon terribly. So, not only does this "Manager" believe in baiting and switching prices on customers, he believes in abusive customer service. I'm forced to believe that by Copy Zone employing him, they support this type of behavior, too. Needless to say, I will not stand for any form of abuse, nor misogyny, especially as a customer. This is completely unacceptable behavior. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COPY ZONE AT ALL. If you need printing services, I advise going to one of the many other places available who will treat their customers with dignity and respect. UPDATE: Called and left a message for the owner on Thursday, 10.12.17 and have not received a call back yet. Hoping for a call back to come to a resolution about my copyrighted Artwork that Copy Zone has in their possession, with zero permission to use.
