Reflecting on my experience with Copy Zone in McAllen. I can honestly say I don't think I have ever had such a terrible ending experience to a customer service experience that started out positive. The "Manager" was verbally abusive, demeaning and aggressive after I told him on the phone that the final price was different from the quoted price of two of my photo prints. The Manager not only treated me terribly, he treated Simon terribly. So, not only does this "Manager" believe in baiting and switching prices on customers, he believes in abusive customer service. I'm forced to believe that by Copy Zone employing him, they support this type of behavior, too. Needless to say, I will not stand for any form of abuse, nor misogyny, especially as a customer. This is completely unacceptable behavior. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COPY ZONE AT ALL. If you need printing services, I advise going to one of the many other places available who will treat their customers with dignity and respect. UPDATE: Called and left a message for the owner on Thursday, 10.12.17 and have not received a call back yet. Hoping for a call back to come to a resolution about my copyrighted Artwork that Copy Zone has in their possession, with zero permission to use. read more

I don't know what the person below is talking about. Was not greeted when I walked in, and when I walked up to the desk, one of the workers seemed to stare at me blankly instead of talk to me. Well, I tried to get ONE color copy picture on photo paper done. Emailed it to the girl, she received it and told me that she would notify me when it was done because she "might not be able to get to it right away". That was fine, even though it was one photo. Its been 3 1/2 hours and nothing. I called and she left for the day and didn't get to my picture, even though they did not look very busy at all. I don't get how one 8X10 picture takes too much time to be printed. The print job wasn't even created. The place I normally go to is usually always busy and they get my prints done as quickly as possible. Bad time management and unfriendly employees, I'll be taking my print jobs elsewhere. No need to waste any more of my time. read more

Do not take documents to fax at Copy Zone, this is where they go to DIE! had important documents that needed to be faxed to a governmental agency and they said they would call to confirm and never did, I called at 4:00 and they said they could not send it and now have to find a way to get it done...unreliable company and don't want this to happen to you read more

I was in a bind trying to find a printing place that could print last-minute documents for a presentation. Not only were the staff friendly and patient with me, they went out of their way to help me for over an hour to print all of my documents! Pricing was great, staff were communicative and kind, and open to problem-solving and printing small proofs so l could make sure the final product would look great. Highly recommend! read more

I would not go there at all, the service is trouble. The owner will give you one price and change it at the last minute. They are not friendly at all, their staff does not know what they are doing at times. Will not go back or will I ever shop there ever again. read more

Never coming back here again. Worst experience ever, the lady seemed as if she had NO IDEA what cardstock was or printing in general and didn't know how to open a file on USB and when I asked for help she was rude and not helpful at all. Was here for almost 30 minutes and ended up leaving disappointed and mad with nothing printed. read more

This business should really consider taking the word "Friendly" out of their ads if they are going to keep the grumpy older man who does the big copies in the back. I always had wonderful service when I would order at the counter, but as of late they have sent me to the back to deal with him. Probably none of the other employees want to deal with him either. I don't like his "I'm doing you a favor by letting you shop here" attitude. His lack of urgency is annoying. I guess it's the FedEx copy center for me from now on. read more

This company is one of the best. I've worked for a printing company for several years before I went back to college to get my degree in education. I understand the stress these workers endure. At CopyZone, I've never witnessed anything but professional, enthusiastic and dedicated service. The owner is one of the friendliest and most helpful printers I've known. Many of my friends have transferred their business to this company. I highly recommend them. read more

I have been here only once and it was not a very pleasant experience. I felt more like a bother than a customer. I was very disappointed :(
