I really think that the public shoudl be aware of the deceptive practices that FEDEX office uses at this location. A small amount of effort was needed to do the right thing, and the people at this location lack the desire and pride of being gainfully employed and truly provide customer service. The second time I had placed a printing order and was informed via email that my order was ready to be picked up. When I arrived, they told me it was, in fact, not ready and that those emails are "just automatically sent out." To say the least, I didn't bother driving back when (and if) it was actually ready. In short, this place is way too out of the way and the employees way too incompetent to merit their uncompetitive prices. Office Depot has more locations in more central areas (Las Tiendas McAllen, Violet McAllen and Shary) and I've had much better luck finding what I need.
