They do have a notary which comes in handy. Since the location is convenient, I drop off U.S. mail off. Shipping is expensive here, but regular dropping off of letters for U.S. Postal is fine. They sell stamps which comes in handy, too.

I used to hate having to go to FedEx and USPS and stand in line for 30 to 45 minutes just to ship a package. I've yet to heve to wait more than 10 minutes at this location. Most of the time I just need to drop it off and I'm outdoor in a matter of a couple of minutes. A huge convenience and I don't have to go all the way to Pharr to ship FedEx. You can also get a U-Haul truck there. I haven't needed to get one yet, but knowing that I can get one there would save me so much time than going to another store to get one. Surprisingly, she can also make a copy of a key for you. Last time I needed a key, Walmart took 25 minutes just to get somebody to go over there to the department to make the key for me. The lady at 1 Stop Mailbox was able to make three house keys in under 5 minutes. All of them work perfectly well. Best part, their prices are the same as far as I can tell than going to FedEx or USPS. Having it located right off the expressway makes it really convenient for me to get there quickly. With their friendly and knowledgeable staff, I'm sure I'll be using them to ship my packages for many years to come. I highly recommend coming here if you need to ship DHL, FedEx, or USPS.

They work with the USPS, DHL, FEDEX and UPS. They can pack it for you as well as ship your items. Or you can pack it yourself and take it to them. They carry a limited but significant line of shipping and office supplies, offer passport photo and copy services also. The young lady who attended me was friendly, efficient and informative. Prices are competitive. I had to return an item through FedEx and it sure beat going all the way to the Pharr Main FedEx office and service was better, no lines and more pleasant overall. I'll remember that next time I need a FedEx service.

This is a totally unreliable shipping company and should be avoided…read more They sent my BoA debit cards (which I told them were very important) through a company called RedPack (on their website they state all packages are sent through Estafeta so I have no idea why they chose RedPack). RedPack has hundreds of negative reviews so no care was taken by America Ship to choose a reliable and secure carrier. The debit cards did not arrive over 2 weeks after the maximum delivery date they were due to arrive and no one could tell me where they were located (even with the tracking number). I asked them to give me the location of the RedPack warehouse so I could collect them myself and the location they provided no longer exists (we searched and were unable to find any RedPack location in our city). Those cards were reported as lost to my bank and cancelled. I ordered a 2nd set of debit cards and America Ship claim they never received them through the mail (2 envelopes were sent separately and both were "lost" by the USPS???). After 1 month those cards were also cancelled by me as they were missing. A 3rd set were ordered and arrived at America Ship April 2. I spoke on the phone with America Ship customer service twice (April 3 & 4)and requested they be sent by the most secure express method (for which I would pay whatever cost they charged). Both times they told me this needed to be approved by the "supervisor" who would call me back. I did not receive a call for 6 days so on my 3rd callback to them they told me "they do not do this". In frustration, I asked them to send them by the most secure method that arrives in the least time. I will report back how this turns out if I ever receive these bank cards. Clearly they are not a company you want to use if you need anything important shipped.

Owner "Jet" took advantage of…read moreme as I am a young woman. 1) This is the worst feeling, this person who called himself "Jet", used my trust and I guess he thinks that I am a minority and I can't speak perfect English, that's why he took advantage of me like this: The owner "Jet Li" asked me to talk to him via Wechat (instead of using his official email address for our communication) after he lost my 16 inventory items, he promised me to partial refund me, but turned out he just wanted to wait until 60 days from the date I paid him (as the legal minimum time limit for filing a credit card chargeback in the United States is 60 days). I trusted him, so I waited for the partial refund. After the 60 days, he just said he never promised to partial refund me and won't do it. This is the worst feeling I have, I feel used and trust exploited by this man called "Jet" from America-Ship Texas. I am not sure where can I seek help, probably nobody will help me, but I just want to write this review to let you know the truth of what had happened. Please BEWARE. Details: 1) Dec 5, 2021. I've paid this website $ 89.01 (Transaction ID: 23301), to ship 47 units of my inventory, but then they lost 16 units. 2) Jan 3, 2022. The owner "Jet" promised to partial refund me the service fee of the 16 lost units (see attachment for our conversation proof) 3) Feb 21, 2022. I emailed the owner "Jet" a final notice via email, he said he never promised to partial refund me.
