A small amount of effort was needed to do the right thing, and the people at this location lack the desire and pride of being gainfully employed and truly provide customer service. For delivery in the last 30 years, I have always had, a UPS mailbox, so as of july third I will be canceling my UPS, as the degradation of services especially at this location, i've continued, the people inside are rude, they are quite mocking, i primarily speak English.
