Additional products such as PO boxes were noted toward the front of the store, yet I didn't require one due to being in the RGV area on vacation. Nonetheless, with the level of quality customer care + appreciation that I received for my business while passing through, I will certainly stop here once again to send out any mail or packages.

When I arrived, they told me it was, in fact, not ready and that those emails are "just automatically sent out." To say the least, I didn't bother driving back when (and if) it was actually ready. In short, this place is way too out of the way and the employees way too incompetent to merit their uncompetitive prices. Office Depot has more locations in more central areas (Las Tiendas McAllen, Violet McAllen and Shary) and I've had much better luck finding what I need.
