She said she'd have to cut it open to see the shipping protection used. I've shipped over 50 thousand packages with various companies, never have had this done in 15 years. After she opened it she said it wasn't enough bubble wrap to ship and so I put it right back into my car and drove to UPS where the guy was so lovely - he offered to help get my package out of the car and suggested the appropriate packing for me to safely. They had the black I needed in stock. They were able to order the other two colors I need with fast free shipping to my home. All with a great positive attitude and making me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Wouldn't it be nice if all stores could do the same? Of course, they have a wide array of office supplies, furniture, office machines, etc. They're a little out of my way, but is a sure bet to have what you need. If they don't have it in stock they'll get it for you.
