Alyssa was our sales associate and she was patient and knowledgeable. She did not make us feel like our questions were a nuisance and despite needing to spend quite a bit of time with us (we had some issues with our previous phone company), she ensured we received the best customer service possible. I purchased a 5G box for her so that she wouldn't be on the hook for monthly payments. Retuning a couple months later to pay a visit I find out that the internet is spotty sometimes working and at other time not. Troubleshooting I realized that the hotspot wasn't charging. Being a 2 month old unit I tried to return it for a replacement. It went downhill from that point on. The store wouldn't replace it with in stock unit. It had to come from the service department. Time frame 2 weeks. I spent 2 hours on the phone with customer service and I still hadn't spoken to a service person. Per customer service they Needed a credit card to verify who I was? What really burned me was being charged $20 service fee to return the unit under warranty? WTF.... T-MOBILE charges customers for a warranty return???? All I can say is run away.
