I called yesterday and did reach someone in customer service, who acknowledged the issue and promised a call back. That call never came. When I attempted to call back later in the day, I was unable to reach anyone. I have also left voicemails every day this week and on most days last week without receiving a single return call. At this point, the lack of communication and follow through is unacceptable, especially for a company providing critical communications services. Issues like this require timely response and accountability, neither of which I have experienced. I hope this review prompts someone from LPZ to finally follow up and address the issue.

I purchased a 5G box for her so that she wouldn't be on the hook for monthly payments. Retuning a couple months later to pay a visit I find out that the internet is spotty sometimes working and at other time not. Troubleshooting I realized that the hotspot wasn't charging. Being a 2 month old unit I tried to return it for a replacement. It went downhill from that point on. The store wouldn't replace it with in stock unit. It had to come from the service department. Time frame 2 weeks. I spent 2 hours on the phone with customer service and I still hadn't spoken to a service person. Per customer service they Needed a credit card to verify who I was? What really burned me was being charged $20 service fee to return the unit under warranty? WTF.... T-MOBILE charges customers for a warranty return???? All I can say is run away.
