After many chats with them, a tech. support person said that to do a reset, you should back the info. up on a computer. That was the first time ANYONE there said that. And, nobody at the stores ever backed up phones to a computer. So, the final result is that all the stuff is lost, and they don't know how to fix it. A cell phone company, and they can't fix a cell phone. I am so done with this company. But, I will call corporate customer service first, so that somebody higher up knows what's going on. I did take the phone to this location, but it's all of Tmobile that doesn't know what they're doing. They don't deserve the 1 star rating, but that's the minimum. Absolutely HORRIBLE company!!!!!!!!!!

My computer crashed. I took it in to Chris at AutoTek. He cleaned up the hard drive, reinstalled…read moremy operating system and salvaged most of my files along the way. Got the computer back within 48 hours. Pleasant interaction with Chris who made sure he would be available when I could get to his office. Cost was reasonable. I hope I do not have other computer problems in the future, but I know where I will go if I do.

We talked about replacing with a solid-state drive but I think we came to the conclusion that it was slow because of competing virus software. So he was very good and spent a lot of time with me giving me the options. And we chose the cheaper safer route first and then will discuss options if the problem persists.
