NO EMPLOYEEs HELPED a single Customer THE WHOLE HOUR I WAS THERE…read more EMPLOYEES ARE VERY INCONSIDERATE. EMPLOYEES ARE VERY RUDE & work very SLOW. they are very "smart-ass" when they answer ur questions.. this is proably the rudest lady i have ever met. and i served in the Army. i walked into this store and all the ladies with name tags are sitting at a table. one of them said i'll be with u when i can. It felt and sounded very rude and i could tell in that min she wasn't gonna help me.. even more odd, i look over at her to see her not wearing shoes. The dirty stained bare feet had sock fuzzies stuck in the toenails, so comfy she had them propped on another chair next to her.. i sat there and watched multiple customers come in, barely get rudely greeted, she didn't even attempt to stand 1 time. just yelled from her chair.. so 4 customers, one after another, stand around for about 10mins and then walk out. i sat there for an hour just wondering how long it would be before she said hey sir it's gonna be another hour if u wanna wait.. but nope she couldn't be considerate enough to let people know it was gonna be awhile or that she didn't wanna work that day. when she hadn't spoken to me for 40mins. i walked out. if all 8 of those people were gonna buy a phone then AT&T lost big $$$! i only went there cuz it's closest to the house but personally i will NEVER attempt business with this company again. SPECTRUM is RIGHT ACROSS STREET. they was happy to sell me and my grandparents 3 brand new phones. we all got the new Iphones and grandpa wanted SpectrumTV becuase he can't find any channels on YoutubeTV... so AT&T thanks for wasting my time i'm VERY happy we went to Spectrum!

Anthropologie is a vibe. Kinda hate to use that phrase, but it definitely fits here…read more And my favorite part: Walking through Anthropologie to get into Oxmoor Mall from the parking lot. Anthro is pure eye candy! Beautiful skirts and tops, chic housewares, accessories for days -- I know I can't buy much but it's so fun to look. A couple of tips, though. First, shop the sales. The price tags are a bit outrageous, but Anthro regularly has decent sales and sales sections. On my most recent visit, all the holiday items were steeply discounted, for example. Second, your money might stretch a bit farther if you shop in the home section. You could find some signature mugs or plates that you'll use for years to come that aren't *that* expensive. Plus these make great gifts. The staff are also always nice and quick to greet. I'd love to one day be someone who could go to Anthro and buy all the things. For now, though, I can dream.

I would avoid this place. I went in around Thanksgiving last year to see if they could weld my…read morewedding band and engagement ring together. They're not a set so I wanted to make sure they were able to do so successfully. They said yes and when I got my rings back, they were welded together but my wedding band was missing a diamond. They were helpful in sending my ring back to their welding jeweler, however it's now 2 months later and my rings have unwelded. So essentially I paid $100+ for them to mess up my rings and they still aren't welded together. You can tell where they replaced the diamond they lost and now there are odd welding marks you can see. Weird place.

We live out in the boonies and could get no reception which was very frustrating. Not to mention the bill just kept getting higher. I had a Verizon phone for work and never had a reception problem. Adam went over our options and made our possible decision to switch a reality. Adam was very thorough and he answered all of our questions. He was a pleasure to deal with! The process to switch out 2 phones from another company took about 2 hrs total which honestly is about the quickest visit I have ever had at a phone store. And Adam made it so pleasurable it did not seem that long. Everything went smooth. I would recommend this store to anyone and definitely would ask for Adam Peterson.

They had the new battery installed and ready to go quickly, and I was back on the road in about 20 minutes from the time I arrived. Prices were comparable to Autozone and O'Reilly's. I didn't even know what this place was before my appointment, but I've already recommended them to a few people since. Thanks for saving the day guys!!
