Good day everyone I am posting this review today because I feel it's very important to do so and the main reason is I am a 20-year customer of T-Mobile with three lines based on an average over a 20-year period let me and my wife kind of placed along with this review was the fact that we spent in the upwards of 10 to 12,000 in this amount of time with T-Mobile.. And I must say my disappointment with T-Mobile is to say the least a period of time that has been the most very most frustrating time that I've ever had to deal with a customer service model such as the one they have now so please keep an open mind and allow me to explain to you what has occurred to this loyal 20-year customer my main reason is I'm not trying to persuade you in choices that you make I'm simply sharing my story as a 20-year loyal customer with three lines who has paid his bill faithfully for over 20 years and my biggest question of all is if I show loyalty as a customer shouldn't have provider show loyalty to me as a customer I would certainly think so. So allow me to explain the last 7 months of my I call it the redundant wheel of redundancy and here's why after trying to solve many many issues that I've had over the last 7 months with several things that T-Mobile's responsible for such as my 5G service such as the issues with dropping calls on a $600 Samsung device the issue of all of the sudden all of the sudden I don't have unlimited data when I've had it for 19 and 1/2 years when did that change well sir we don't know but we can sell you a higher ranking package with more data for additional money once again my question was please I am not understanding I have had unlimited data with T-Mobile since 2004 and now I don't we're sorry sir we can certainly upgrade your service for you well no you can't and you won't what you will do is you will lose a loyal 20-year customer all of this to know avail so after speaking to writing down names of going through and dotting all the eyes crossing the t's and doing proper homework as you should to make sure that you have proper proof of the situation that has occurred which trust me I not only have proper proof I have solid Rock solid proof of all the information that they need so with absolutely no result and no ability to even care about a loyal customer because the regular 611 line seem to me like it was turning into a system of Fabrications pure Fabrications and what you say you said is not true at all then I go to one franchise store and two T-Mobile on corporate stores I was treated like someone that walked in off the streets who was brand new and didn't have the ability to do anything correct because that's how I was treated so I did what any normal person would do I began escalating to supervisors and managers once again to know absolutely no avail no resolve no amicable ideals that would work for both of us just one-sided continuous BS sprinkled with a lot more BS!! BS is something that we should all be familiar with especially when it's been done to us many times at least some places attempt to do that so many times so continuing up my chain of command I have been requesting for almost 90 days speaking to several many many T-Mobile customer service reps supervisors and managers with nothing but a straight wall of redundant death that I keep running into that has become well I'll say it again very redundant I have explained what I'm writing here I have explained this story to supervisors managers and customer service people to be exact 26 people that evidently all know how to fabricate perfectly because that's what they continue to do so I said enough is enough I would like to request to personally speak with Miss Diane King she is your EVP of T-Mobile in charge of customer people person duties! Now I would think without any question being a member of the corporate offices she would see 20-year customer and she would realize how loyal I was when she looked at the history of billing for 20 plus years and I paid my bill on time every time so would you think she would be interested in what was going on I would certainly hope so she's a member of the corporate executive team no one that I have spoke to not one employee manager supervisor will give me her direct email so I can email her better yet I would love to speak to her personally on my T-Mobile provided device absolutely positively impossible of course not totally impossible and I will use my due diligence to complete this task but I find it so absurd that I've been treated like this so there is other things that occurred that really at this point probably are better left unsaid so my point today is as a consumer when you read this and you see that I give them one star obviously a 20-year loyal customer issuing one star is read more

DO NOT GO HERE No one greets you at the door, just stares at you until you start explaining what you need. The most unprofessional place I've ever been. The woman helping me said she couldn't do anything and to go on the website to try to talk to a virtual chat consultant... While I was there, another customer asked for her printed statements. The TMobile worker refused for several minutes to print them because "it's a lot of paper". Poor customer had to explain to her that she really needed the statements so that she could buy a house. Just all around HORRIBLE customer service. If you can avoid this place, do. I thought going into the store would be more efficient, but turns out they'll just send you to the website to talk to someone corporate anyway. read more

Let me start off with this...Do NOT bring your personal problems to work with you, PHIL! The way my better-half was treated at this store, by PHIL, is totally unacceptable. PERIOD!!!!! You can't treat anyone, especially a customer of over 12 years, the way she was treated on 08/29/2023. Not one person cares if you haven't had enough sleep, need a cigarette, frustrated and overwhelmed with your job. SUCK IT UP, BUTTERCUP! We all get overwhelmed at work. That's no reason to tell a customer of 13 years "I don't care!" after being told she may switch to Verizon. Way to go, PHIL! And PHIL, you may want to brush up on policy on your phones. That stylus you wouldn't let her have; guess what, IT BELONGS TO HER/THE CUSTOMER. But NOOOOO! You didn't let her have it because it would affect YOUR commission. If you have to worry about a $54.99 stylus and what it does to your commission, YOUR IN THE WRONG BUSINESS....PHIL!!!!! And before anyone gives me grief for this review, realize this (and I'm not bragging, just letting you know I'm speaking from experience), I work for a large chain store and often work my section nearly by myself. Went to the T-Mobile on Hurstbourne and the staff had no clue what they were doing or how to even access my account. Came to this T-Mobile in St Matthews and Chris had fixed my issue within 10 minutes, was so nice and polite, incredibly efficient. He definitely deserves a raise! read more
