A friend recommend CPR to me when I mentioned that I was having issues charging my iPad Air. He had…read moreused them several times for his iPhone and spoke highly of their honesty and service. After my iPad completely stopped charging, I decided to try them out. They have clearly marked COVID precautions marked on the door. No more than two groups of customers in at a time (it's a small storefront). Masks are required and hand sanitizer is readily available near the door. I stopped in on a Sat afternoon to get an idea of what might be wrong and what it might cost. I explained to technician the issue and he believed that problem was probably with the charging port which would require micro-soldering. The estimate was $169 with it taking about 7- 10 days. I left feeling satisfied with diagnostic and a $10 coupon for service when I returned, I took it home to backup all my info to the Cloud and came back to CPR the following Thur. Another tech said the owner of the shop was actually in town from OK and could do the repair that night. New estimate was $129, both things were music to my ears! I left it there with request to get a call if they found something else wrong, like my battery. I didn't hear back so checked in on Friday about pickup. It was ready to go and for the second, lower priced quoted. Did I mention the lifetime warranty on repairs? IPad has worked like new since I got it on Friday (it's now Sun night). I appreciated the customer service and speed at which my repair was done. I'd definitely recommend CPR for all Apple repairs and will be back if I need additional help.

My iPad wouldn't charge, took it in, they cleaned the port and now it's fine. I'm so happy!!!read more

T-Mobile, you have to do better…read more Your retail staff in Louisville is working *so hard* to create great customer outcomes. They are professional, patient, and determined to help us succeed. Shout out to Joe at this location in particular. Your systems, on the other hand, seem to be actively working against even the most tenured and knowledgeable of them. In my MANY hours spent in-store for a simple phone upgrade - at multiple locations trying to get whatever problem it was fixed which frankly is still a bit of a mystery to me - I witnessed multiple disappointed customers who didn't get the experience they were hoping for and it all seemed to be a problem with systems and teams not connected to each other. This seems to result in the customer getting stuck in the middle, with your retail employees figuring it out. They need to be supported better, and so do your customers. Every time I have to interact with T-mobile it feels like a punishment. The only bright spot is your employees in-store who are there with me, but it shouldn't have to be that way. Do better.
