The employees at this location need to work on their customer service skills and attitude (especially the manager) I received a cosmetically defective iphone 17 that I ordered from this store. I returned it and was charged a restocking fee. I called T-Mobiles customer service number and asked if I qualified for a refund since the phone was defective. They said yes, the manager at this location refused to give me a refund and kept on coming up with excuses on why he was not going to give me my money back. Even mentioned that the defect wasn't noticeable LMAO. Like who's buying the phone YOU? Or ME? Anyways, I went into the store again and got customer service on the phone to have them speak directly to the manager. I went in to cancel a line and I have to call customer service. Okay sure. It's not what the sales rep said it's HOW she said it. You're in the customer service world, act like it. Then after asking about plan deals, she continued with this attitude saying the lines for my parents were the cheapest . Again it's not what you said, it's HOW YOU SAID IT. You're in customer service, if you don't like your job or being asked questions change jobs. He took care of transferring our files, and gave recommendations with phone cases and screen protectors for our new phones. Came to the store to get the home internet fixed. Had been having trouble with it for months. The manager was kind enough to comp the suspended charge and told me my first payment for the new home internet was on July 6. Then woke up to having my acct suspended AGAIN. called the manager was like "we never credited the whole thing you have to pay the $85 I don't know why you're upset. U have to pay to get ur internet back on." I explained to her I was told I wouldn't have to make another payment till July and then she paused and was like "that's what I'm saying you can make a payment plan and not pay till July." I said "well I don't want to be charged twice." And told her that if that's the case then I'll just move to a different company and dispute the charge on my credit report. Then she finally explains that the $85 is for the month of July. I won't be charged twice. SO WHY WAS MY ACCT SUSPENDED IN JUNE?! Then she said well we already credited a huge amount to you. YES MAM I KNOW BUT WHY DID YOU SUSPEND MY ACCT IN JUNE IF THE PAYMENTS NOT DUE TILL JULY. Make it make sense. If it's not due till July then why tf am I being told to pay in June with a suspension. I asked her why she didn't just start with that but no response she could have gave would have made sense because she's Ridiculous and Incompetent. Names are Victoria, Red, and someone named Ozzy. The service at this location is impeccable. This is Pico Blvd at San Vicente. Victoria seamed very young yet her customer service was so above normal. This I was surprised to learn she was the head store manager. My 2nd visit with the assistant manager, Ozzy, was just as proficient. He explained to me that their manager, Victoria, had set the foundation for their customer service ethic. Every time you enter, they greet you immediately with kindness and assure that you will be assisted as soon as the next agent is available. Oscar sent me to Apple Care - they told me that I have not had Apple care for three years! Went back to the T-Mobile store to find out what to do, just to be abused again by Victoria who told me that she will not provide services to me - I guess I have to come in there totally overjoyed that my phone is dead, it was registered incorrectly with a wrong serial number, the insurance I have been paying for for four years or longer does not have my phone in their system, I was told I was covered by Apple care and Assurance!!! Apparently, I am NOT!!! Then on top of all this joyful information, I have to be scolded and listen to Victoria telling me that she's pregnant and cannot be stressed out! Then, perhaps if she cannot handle issues with a failing phone and wrong serial on my phone then she should stay home on a maternity leave and not bring her personal problems to work and display a terrible attitude towards long term customers! I sincerely hope that T-mobile management reads this and seriously examines the employees they have working at the Pico store!!! Especially Victoria! Pretty much a waste of time. It was busy, so I checked in and explained what I was there for. I wish the lady would've just checked my phone then and there. Since it clearly took her only 10 seconds, once I was called up. I had already done the beginning of the trade in process at another store and the only thing left was to turn in the old phone. The other store said it was good to go and I could turn it in at any other T-Mobile store (meaning this store checked the old phone and gave its approval). So I came to this one due to convenience. I completely understand they were busy, but the thing that bothered me is how I explained that two other T-Mobile stores would've taken my phone in but magically not this one. I'm not going to go back and forth with some worker honestly and waste even more time when its clear how they feel. The old phone was in the same exact state as yesterday when I did it at the other store. So I don't understand why they're different? On store appearance, it was dusty on the window sills and on other items. Also overhearing the conversations between the workers and customers some were questionable. read more

T-Mobile is a racket. I took an unlocked phone in to get service. These people pretended to turn my service on. It was my fault for not checking the network connection before I left the store. I paid $54.00 with a debit card. Before I got home I attempted to reach Google Maps, but had no network connection. I went right back to the store where I got my service and was told my phone was unable to connect to their network and that 15 minutes had passed, so I couldn't get a refund on my debit card. I literally drove to T-Mobile to give them $54.00. They are a bunch of lying crooks. Do not use them or anyone under their corporate umbrella. I wonder how many people they have ripped off. He was extremely condescending and kept trying to fast talk me through the process. He actually huffed and puffed at one point (like a sigh of frustration) as he was explaining things to me. LIKE...WHO DOES THAT?? I asked him to slow down, but he continued to talk at the same pace not being considerate AT ALL! We are customers and should be treated with respect! I don't know what the problem is, but I have never been treated so poorly at ANY T-Mobile store. I never really write reviews either, but because this experience was so memorable and ruined what was actually a good day for me thanks to your shitty team, I felt compelled to share what happened. He did not try to "oversell" something that was more than their needs, he got them the appropriate thing. But this store is conveniently located by my job so I went after work. I was admittedly greeted and was helped by an employee name Cesar. I hope the owner of this place would pay attention to this review. The employees here have no customer service skills or even a courteous manner. We were looking to purchase a google pixel 2 and went to check the phone out. Your employees (2 male) chatted away as I stood in front of them waiting for them to finish. There was no other customer there at that time but my and my husband. I don't want to be rude so I waited and waited.. and when I realized that they saw me but intentionally were ignoring me I walked away. I wanted to leave the store at this point but my husband called out one of the guys attention (fat bearded guy) and asked him to unlock the phone. He responded in a brusque manner and said "what do you mean locked?" Seemed irritated that his conversation got interrupted. My husband told him that we are trying to check the phone out but the one on display has a locked screen on. He said what do you mean? it's never locked!!! Instead of coming over to check it out he made us feel stupid. Later on he decided to look at the phone and told us that another customer must've set up a lock on the phone and that it happens often. This store is absolutely fantastic. My experience at this store in particular was so easy compared to other t-mobiles in the Mid-city area. I opened a couple lines and got a great plan for me and my whole family. I tend to get super irritated with phone sales people because all they want to do is just up-sell you additional lines you do not need and pointless accessories. NOT AT THIS STORE. I was fortunate enough to have a great sales associate by the name of Dahlia or Dalia ( sorry I suck at spelling names). She was sooo amazing. She was so genuine and real, which I REALLY APPRECIATED in a sales associate. She actually took the time to hear what my needs were for a cell phone plan for me and my family. She was professional and super understanding in what I wanted. I really liked this store and really appreciated the service that Dalia provided, I am for sure coming back to her because of how well she knows the product and knows how to engage with customers in a authentic way. She keeps it real and she is an absolute joy. On top of all this, the store is super nice. It looked like a bed bath and beyond or something. I am so happy with my iPhone X.
