As far the store itself, it's new, clean, and organized. No qualms there. The process of upgrading to a new phone was very easy. It only took 20-30 minutes to get a new phone once we were able to speak with the associate. The problem, however, is at least two fold. First, the store is either understaffed or two small. This location services the whole neighborhood. There are way too many T-Mobile/Sprint customers on the UES for a store this size. Especially on a weekend, the line was at least 30 minutes. Some customers waited over an hour just to talk with an employee. The second problem with this location is the wifi. Everything on the store runs on it. It is simply too slow. We bought a new phone and needed only to transfer over the files from the old one. The wifi was so slow, we left both phones at the store and ran other errands. When we came back, there was barely any progress. It had been more than three hours (and more than four since we first entered the store). Reluctantly, we took both phones home and completed the transfer, from scratch, in an hour total. The employees were friendly and polite. Again, they are constricted by T-Mobile/Sprint's bad policies (I can't tell you how many people had issues related to the online accounts and new 'authorized user' system). I have no complaints with any of the store staff. But the problem is, there really needs to be more of them, or more locations. And the wifi issues are embarrassing--this is a tech store after all. Without blaming the employees here, I'd have to recommend looking to another Sprint/T-Mobile location, unless you have 4-5 hours to spare on a basic phone issue.

I am not the type of person to write negative reviews, but this was inexplicably one of the worst…read morecustomer service experiences I've ever had in my life. Two months ago, I walked into this location hoping to purchase a cellular watch in person, rather than ordering online. Upon entering, I was greeted by a sales associate (unsure of their name) who informed me that the watch I wanted was not in stock but that he could order for me. While I had immediately dismissed the idea, as I was completely capable of ordering on my own, he convinced me that I should order through him because they "sometimes ship the wrong equipment". I should know better than to think their computerized system is constantly screwing up orders. What unfolded was a nearly 45 minute ordering process which would leave me paying an activation fee for ordering in store (which would have been non-existent had I just ordered online), an order placed that included a charger that I did not ask for (I have plenty of chargers at home), and the part that really gets me, TWO additional lines on my account, instead of just the one required for a wearable device-which has involved 2-3 phone calls to customer support to fix. I can't speak for every experience at this store, nor for every sales associate, but I really feel as though I was taken to the cleaners here, but thankfully I pay close attention to my receipts and monthly bills. T-Mobile's online/phone support has been excellent, eliminating the unnecessary "activation fee" (which, by the way the sales rep said he'd attempt to remove after speaking with his manager after that weekend), crediting my bill for the two months that I overpaid for the additional unnecessary line, and ultimately resolving the extra line issue-but I will hands down never return to this particular store location ever again.

Instead of helping you they set you up for failure and they lie about bills and service. There is a female who set up my account, we switched from Verizon. She completely lied about everything. I live a 2 minute walk from this store and I rather travel 2 hours to another t mobile location than to go here again.

My Price upfront was $477.24 I put on the credit card on March 7 I didn't except the package so I can send back to the warehouse still that amount is on my credit card as of March 30. I am told it takes 30 days for a refund to be processed with T-Mobile. I called back on April 10th and Macy, associate over the phone, tells me they are backed up at the warehouse with back orders, which does NOT concern me one bit, I just want my money, and that I have to fill out a form to request my refund, which she did for me. This will take 7 business days before they even review this form. So I called back on April 10th and spoke with a different associate and she tells me that it will actually take no later than 27 days for my refund. I explained very angrily how T-Mobile has screwed me ever since I've joined them and by May 7, 2017 if my credit card is not fully refunded with an extra $100 for my fees, I am going to drop T-Mobile like a hot potato. Truthfully, 6 months after the iPhone 8 comes out, I'm going to go back to Verizon and get a free iPhone 8 plus 128gb. On May 3, I received an email from T-Mobile, " ORDER NUMBER: 233988515 ORDER DATE: 05/02/2017 T-Mobile Your payment is complete. View Order Hi , Thanks for your payment! Here's your receipt. Since this charge is still on my Credit card I'm now disputing the charge with my Bank, and yet T-Mobile is telling my Bank that they did not charge my Credit Card and it distinctively shows on my statement. And on Monday May 15, I received a letter from my bank stating that T-Mobile is disputing the charges. Now I have to dig up emails and other documents to support my case. I did all this research set in my forms and on the 30th day exactly they credited my account, however at the same time I called and dispute the charges with my bank. So I had to resolve that issue, which was easy. But is just plain fact that T-Mobile held my money in their account just bothers me. I would not recommend T-Mobile to anybody just like I don't recommend AT&T or Sprint. Jump forward Oct. 28th, Verizon is going to give me a better deal on a pre-order of the iPhone X so GOODBYE T-Mobile hope somebody buys you out soon!!!
