She was rude from the moment I went into the store for the return. She told me that I needed to wait until I received a label from T-Mobile because I had cancelled the home internet. I responded that the sales person over the phone said I could return it in the store. Daisha told me that if I cancelled service that I had to wait on the label. She did all this before looking at her computer. I asked her to check to see if I still have service and lo and behold once she checked her computer I still have service until April 6th. This set the tone for our interaction. She was rude the whole time and not once spoke or apologized for the fact that she was wrong. When she had to go to the back to get some return stickers, she yelled for the entire store to hear, "Lord Jesus, 6 o'clock can't get here fast enough." That was when I had to tell her as I was leaving she was the most unprofessional person I have dealt with in a long time. T-Mobile doesn't have to worry about my business ever again id that is the type of employees they hire. And to add salt to the wound the manager did nothing.

We stopped by just as this location opened and thank goodness. We caught Bee as her first customers of the day. She was so polite getting to know what phone we were looking for, what type of plan we needed, and reviewed all the trade in options. She helped select the proper plan for a new line, then she reviewed our current plans looking for any wasted features we weren't using. Bee'ing a parent herself, she helped us set up parental controls on the new line. Several folks started lining up but thankfully Zack's shift started and he started helping next in line quickly. Locust Grove struggles to find good employees but this store is a gem!

She never asked me if I wanted to buy a case or screen protector and a camera lense case.... She opened all of those objects and put them on my phone before I even acknowledged that I wanted them. She didn't ask me if I wanted them and expected me to pay $160 the crap I didn't ask for. I asked for a phone not the extra crap. I had to pay $264, I asked her why, she only said "taxes and fees".
