I would like to start off by first saying that I'm not sure why this store has only 1 review with 2 stars. I spent an hour in this store today working with Justin and at times his co-worker, Haylie. These two went above and beyond to help my wife and out in getting new iPhones. We could not of asked for a better team to work with on setting up new phones. Anyone in the market for T-Mobile phones, consider this location over others. They truly give it their all and help you in every way they can! Best store ever! My experience with this store is not a good one. The first time in, could not get waited on. I finally left. Returned a few weeks later and the same thing happened. I went to Walmart to purchase a phone . When I took it to T-Mobile to be activated, I was told to return it to WM because I could get a better price from them (T-Mobile). I did as they said. When I returned, again I had a long wait time. I was feeling ill and fell to the floor 4 times. I was given a chair to sit in while I waited. Finally got the phone and service. I returned with a friend to sign up and again had a long wait while the male employee was messing with the store thermostat and was treated as if we were a bother to him. My friend left without T-Mobile service. I think they need retrained or need to hire some more people. read more

I was told they no longer do contracts. I was due to receive a phone under a previous contract at no charge. I had to pay $600 for a new phone. They had a mini I-pad on sale. I never had one, so I said ok.. It costs me $12 a month for service. I didn't / don't like the mini I-pad, and have no need for it. I called AT&T to cancel the service, and was informed there's a 2 year contract, and I can't cancel w/o paying a high fee!! I told them I was informed they weren't/don't do contracts any longer. They said that's just forcell phones. I've talked to numerous reps to no avail.one told me to go back to the AT&T retail store on memorial in Lancaster, and they should make it right. I did , even talked to the Mngr. He said it's a contract, and it doesn't matter that his sales rep told me they no longer do contracts. At best, I was misled/ misinformed about them no longer doing contracts. The salesman should have informed me there are still contracts for I-pads. I pay pay really high monthly fees for AT&T / directv.; just increased $ 7 a mo.. I pay for 2 cell phones. Now I'm getting ripped off $ 12 a month for an I-pad I don't like, need or use . Can't wait to cancel all AT&T services!!!!! read more

Thought I had made a great buy on phones but when I went back to confirm the finanal agreement Gererald didn't agree with me on the promotion that AT&T gave me. But worse than that he actually said to me "I don't make mistakes"! How can he work in retail with that attitude? I will never buy phones from them again! read more

I have had multiple issues trying to leave Sprint - everything from technical issues to billing issues to issues with the hardware. When I went to this T-Mobile store I was amazed at the customer service. Yes, there were times I had to wait, but I realized that's the nature of this business and, once it was my turn I received top-notch customer service and it has been quite an enjoyable experience. I HIGHLY recommend this location - keep in mind there are seldom times that a visit will be a "quick in & out" when you're dealing with cell phone related problems (that's everywhere, not just T-Mobile). As long as you have patience, you will be treated extremely well. In an age of instant gratification, people seem to expect to be moved to the front of the line at all times...and that's unfortunate. Because of my experience I now have all of my personal family phones and business phones through T-Mobile. Keep up the great work guys! read more
