The smell was so bad I threw away a lot of food to get rid of it. They came and Frank was assigned to me. Now, companies like Stanley Steemer usually would charge over $200 for this type of service, which is what they quoted me. When I saw the advertisement on craigslist for this company, I thought it was too good to be true since the price was so little, only $5 for regular vents and for a bigger vents only $10. I had a total of six vents cleaned out, and he even threw in for me my dryer vent to be cleaned for only $20 when that would cost usually $60. My total bill was less than $70. He came the same day I called for service, which is unheard of an amazing. The owner was very kind of professional over the phone when I first requested service. Because they did such a good job with this, and there's no more odor, and I've not had any more problem since that point, I'm gonna inquire about other services they do! Asurion sent the parts that they thought would repair to this store. The store called us to tell us part arrived and we made an appointment. We show up for the appointment and had to wait through 2 other walkins (why even make an appointment?) so about 45 minutes of waiting later, we check in. The guy (I think it was Ryan) says "oh I thought that was your television in the back. My husband tells him the parts were sent for the tv, he disappeared to the back to check and then returns to tell us that the parts they sent were used on the other guys television and oops looks like they only sent one set of parts! Oh but don't worry, the parts didn't work on their television so we will try them on yours and get back to you, should take about 4 hours. We called on Sunday (2 days later as they never bothered to call with an update) and they said they had to get other parts to fix - eta Tuesday. They called Tuesday to tell us the parts didn't work and the company was sending a new TV. We returned today to pick up the stand for our broken tv and once again, walked in, guy with dark hair blonde bangs didn't even acknowledge we were there - he was helping someone else. 30 minutes later, he overhears me saying to my husband that this is ridiculous and he finally acknowledges us; and oh now he's going to pause helping person one to see what we were there for. Guy in the back, Travis, didn't even come up to help as now there was 2 additional people behind us. This place is a joke.

My laptop wasn't powering up or charging, so I called on a Thursday night, dropped it off on Friday afternoon, and received a call back on Saturday morning at 9:30 that it was finished! They preformed some fast work! They not only fixed the power jack internally, but replaced both tips on my power cord. My final price was only $68. I will say it was a little bit of a pain to have to pay in cash (the only form of currency excepted), but I don't blame them to keep the costs down. I had called around to a few other places and they all wanted at least $100. If you need your computer fixed, this is the place to take it for the price, speed, and wonderful customer service!!!!
