I went to the store to replace my I phone , sent to the store for exchange all process was done by T mobile customer service, the people in the store were not able to process the transaction and there manger on the phone was not able to help them I got the 611 customer service team spoke with them , and confirm that the job is cleared from their end and no issues as the store claim that their system is rejecting me as authorized customer even I am the owner of the business account long delay few hours , no experience and don't care about my delay I came back after I drove my wife home , claim the problem was them not able to find the button for next page, not able to transfer my data from old phone to new one , ask me to come next day , long delay and lack of customer service experience and of technical assistance read more

The WORST T-Mobile store EVER!! Horrible in every way from the lackadaisical employees to the rotten service in Huntington, NY. I canceled my contract with them in February 2020 and they continued to bill me then had the nerve to send me to their collection agency. I spent 2 hours on the phone with a T-Mobile "supervisor in Georgia named Reggie who was inarticulate and slow in trying to resolve my account closure issues. He failed miserably and his overall demeanor was downright horrible!! I would NEVER step foot in this store again let alone deal with their horrible customer service or lack thereof. Atrocious!! I still had to pay $215 for a phone line that has been inactive since February 2020!! They should offer me a refund of $215 for charging me after my phone line was inactive for 4 months!! read more

I'm a solider with the army and will be on orders over seas and T-mobile is the only service in the area for whatever reason. I came into the store and explained how I need a temporary military plan only for the duration while I'm overseas so I can stay in touch with my loved ones with international calls/ txts etc and I was told that I need to buy a plan and phone online being that it would "hurt the store and make the sales rep look bad" being that I plan on discontinuing my plan the moment I come back home from active duty orders. I was completely appalled when hearing that and found that incredibly unprofessional. I left T- mobile years ago for the horrible service and customer service and I'm not surprised getting that stellar customer service in person once again. I stopped into the New York Avenue shop in Huntington to get assistance with making a claim for a lost phone. Ethan graciously assisted me both by phone contact with T-Mobile and online. In addition, Nick was also very supportive. I will return to do business at this shop even though the distance is far from my home. Worst experience I ever had at a phone dealership!! Salesman had very little knowledge of the products and plans offered. Gave me the wrong sim cards for the 4 phones I just bought and spent over 4 hours in the store switching service and activating my phones. Still they were only able to activate 1 phone. If you want T-mobile I recommend using another store. read more

I have had nothing but issues since I went into this location to switch services. They did not disclose all the necessary information by informing me that to get the advertised rate you have to sign up for autopay. I am ok with this and if I had known would have signed up at the store. They added options to my plan that cost extra I did not ask for. Final straw is I purchased insurance for my two new phones only to discover they linked one of the insurance to my third line which was an older phone which did not require insurance. Needless to say it has not been a smooth transition. I like the personal attention of going to a store but this has been the worst experience by far. I've spent so much time calling the 800 customer service to straighten out everything. I would not recommend going to this location. read more

Tried getting my girlfriend a new phone here from Khalid and nick ... nick was the worst sales man I ever dealt with. My girlfriends phone is broken and we wanted to upgrade to a 12 Khalid told us they only had a certain type of iPhone left and had two different colors ... we were happy .... nick comes in and tries to up sell me to get two phones saying it's only 30 dollars more ... I was getting my girlfriend a gift not trying to get two phones ... he wouldn't take no for a answer when he finally realized I wasn't going to buy two phones he said ok u going to get a case and screen protector I said no we don't need one ... him and Khalid go to back and come back and say oops were all out of iPhones ... so unprofessional don't care at all about anything but trying to rip us off, I had my sister call ten mintues after we left ... they said they still had iPhones available . I give the store (389 new York ave) and staff "no Stars". they were slow, uninterested and uninformed. after trying to convince me that my phone was broken and I needed to buy a new one, I drove down the road to Tmobile at 283 walt Whitman rd and the crew was absolutely marvelous. they had me and my phone out the door in five minutes. Roger was amazing. I highly recommend the 283 walt Whitman rd store. stay far away from the 389 New York Ave store. read more

I thought it would be great to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile to get unlimited data but dam was I wrong. The service is almost non-existent north of Huntington village. I've chatted with T-mobile customer service countless times about receiving a cell-phone booster for my home and they constantly give me the run around. They tell me it will 'most likely' ship the day that I'm chatting with them but I still haven't received it. They tell me I need to speak to a tech support rep to determine what the issue is that I'm experiencing so they can issue a ticket so a cell tower can be built immediately in the area. Huh, what...are you kidding me???? Yeah ok right, you're going to immediately build a cell tower north of 25a just for me...who knew I had such power, maybe I should run for Mayor. So it's now day 7 of not receiving or being able to make phone calls from my house and that's not to mention my phone wasn't set up properly with voicemail so anyone that tried to contact me were unable to leave a message. I guess it's a good thing I'm not a Mayor or I'd be dropping the ball by not being reachable through no fault of my own. So I'm into day 7 of this ridiculousness and countless chat sessions with a very nice but unaccountable customer service of T-mobile. Every time I contact them about the issue to find out why the booster hasn't been shipped I have to go through the whole process all over again like I'm stuck in a time warp where I have to relive the horrible experience over and over again with no sign of relief in my future. Customer Service tells me they can't do anything to have the booster shipped as only the tech support group has the power to ship the booster and that I have to follow up with tech support myself because T-mobile departments don't communicate with each other, so the customer has to shuffle from one department to another. Side note, I've been chatting with John for well over an hour on Easter Saturday and the issue still isn't resolved ( can you believe I'm still chatting with John as I'm writing this). The best John could do is to expedite a ticket to have the booster ship...what does that mean??? Here's what John states: "As of now we don't have yet the timeframe when your signal booster ship on your shipping address. But I will set a follow up on your account to monitor it". Huh what...that doesn't even make sense...again I just get the runaround. My best advice to anyone that is considering the switch, only switch if you want to go dark and be totally off the grid. read more
