This was a hard job, as he had to do a number of things, as he had to solder BRASS TO COPPER, 2 different elements. Now the glass door can swing open to wind the clock, instead of falling off. John can do many UNIQUE JOBS, just call him and ask if he can your item. That is what I did. He told me to bring it down for him to look at, which I did. YOU NEVER KNOW. Again *****

He had told me over the phone there would be a service charge (very reasonable and much less than Best Buy and what Samsung told me) and if he had to replace anything or take it back with him, there would be an additional charge. He looked at the tv, told me it was a problem with the wiring in the wall, fixed it and was done. AND, he was a very nice guy to boot! I would recommend him highly.
