I ordered a phone on line and picked it up today. Drake was quick to greet me, helped me find the barcode (patience is a virtue), and quickly located my item. I asked about screen protectors and he offered to go get one for me and put in on! He brought three options and explained the difference, as well as the warranties, and then he neatly put on the screen. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and a good salesman! Another person (Kit perhaps?) was also working in the area, and she was also delightful. I don't think I've had such great service anywhere in at least a year!
