I presented for services after lunch on 111720 and was waited on as soon as I walked in the door. Jamy was the rep who waited on me. She was professional, friendly, and patient. She removed a SIM card from an iPhone and answered multiple questions from me. I am a longtime customer of AT&T and could not be more satisfied with the service - locally and online. read more

JOE was extremely helpful in aiding us when traveling through the state. One of our phones died, and he was able to locate and insert a SIM card for our phone. This was right before the store closed, and he fixed the phone in a matter of minutes. He was calm, professional, and friendly, and we really appreciated meeting him. Thank you, Joe! read more

Nice reps. Terrible service been waiting for over an hour trying to get a new phone. Seems like there is plenty of staff but only 1 person who actually does anything. read more

My boyfriend and i started with at&t when they took over alltel. Since we have been with at&t it's been nothing but problems. We have 6 gigs of data. My boyfriend was on his plan by himself at first and wouldn't even use 3gigs. Then we start the next plan for my phone still with 6 gigs and my boyfriend goes way over 3 gigs and I not even 1 in a half. Our bill goes threw the roof. Once that happened we talked to them 3 different times and got 3 different answers. Also to even try and get a insurance claim is near to impossible and at&t seems to not want to help at all at this point. We pay insurance threw our at&t plan and bill yet we have to call a separate number to get ahold of the insurance agency to try and get a claim. NEVER HAD TO DEAL WITH THIS BEFORE! To even ask at&t to help with dates of starting plan and what not, they stand there confused and say well I can't find it. At this point we are completely fed up with at&t. We stood in there to get a new phone because the screen was completely shattered and they didn't seem to want to help at all. In my eyes all they do is stand around playing on iPad and telling customers what they can't do and what we can't do. I have zero respect for the reps there. We are constantly told different things everytime we go in there for anything. I honestly recommend NO ONE get a plan with at&t. As soon as we can they will also lose 2 more customers. read more
