The worst. Had for 5 days no service outside our house. Switched back after 5 days and tgey winter refund first month fee we paid them a month later after cancelation they xharged us $6.90...they said because we didn't cancel auto pay they could charge our card.insane. tgey talk in circles even though they say in writing if you cancel in first 30 days they will refund the first month.liats and scammers! read more

I scheduled an appointment for this store as they recommended on their website. I showed up early for the appointment and when I got there they acted like they had no idea they had any appointments so I showed the confirmation email and was checked in. After sitting for over twenty minutes and still having no one talk to me, I left. My time is very important to me and I was very frustrated that the store did not honor my appointment. The store also has a "no browsing" policy so all of the customers were jammed together in one corner of the store - not very safe during the height of a pandemic! What a terrible experience for what would have been a loyal customer! read more
