I…read moreknow what their policies and procedures are and I know how things generally work in the company. That being said, this is such a sorry excuse for a Kohl's. It's a relatively small store, but every time I've been in, the store has been a mess... Especially in the misses department, it seems like nothing is organized. It gets very frustrating, but I do understand that they might not have the hours to get the floor recovered 100% all the time. My main issue with this store is the staff. It's rare to see an associate on the sales floor at all in this store, and they usually seem to have a lack of cashiers available. More importantly, almost any employee I've interacted with, usually at the register or at customer service, has been unfriendly and unhelpful. It's pretty off putting and a huge reason why I dislike going into this particular Kohl's. The only reasons I've given this store two stars instead of one is because they recently remodeled their cosmetics and fragrance area and it is beautiful. Also, I typically find what I need in the store, so inventory isn't an issue.

I do not know how long this store has been open but it has recently opened in the D'Iberville shopping center in the promenade north of I-10. Yelp asked if they have EV charging stations. They do not. However, they have a few on the east side of the promenade and one south at the BMW dealership. It is in the area but kind of far from this location. This store is not as big as the other stores around the country. With that being said, it boasts a decent selection of goods. Who knows, you might find a good deal or a style you are looking for? WARNING: Hissy Boutique Sent Wrong Item and Refuses Full Refund…read more I ordered an olive yellow cardigan but received a completely different item: a white sweater with a fur trim hood. This was the company's mistake, yet Hissy Boutique has refused to issue a full refund without me paying for their error. Their proposed solutions were: * A mere 15% refund, expecting me to keep the unwanted item. * An exchange requiring me to pay a $15 exchange fee for them to fix their own error. * A full refund only if I pay the return shipping to their warehouse in Shenzhen, China, which they estimate at $40. It is unacceptable to charge the customer to fix a company's mistake. I caution other US shoppers about these poor business practices. I am filing a claim with my credit card company.
