My son was at this location and found the last car seat in stock. I was out of town and so iordered and payed for it online for pickup. He brought it to customer service when (lazy) Liz refused to help and call the fulfillment employees and lett them know that they had it for the order.She just let the order get canceled and could careless about customer satisfaction and when I called her she steadily tried to talk over me. Large shared parking lot, this is a nice Target that is well organized. There were several check out lanes open. I was kind of surprised to see that there were no movies at all on any of the shelves. Do people not buy DVD or Blu-Ray from brick and mortar stores any more? I had absolutely no interaction with any employee until the check out line. But I did come on a Saturday and they were so very busy. Nice selection of Halloween items. read more

Target what can you say about it? Obviously its more cleaner than the other competitors! They always have clearance items on sale and also provide a frozen and dry food section for food. The customer service is always on point and they have a good food court as well. At this Target they have a Starbucks inside to provide you with your caffeine needs. Visited last night during extended holiday hours as this is the closest Target within 35-40 minutes. I brought two teen girls who each had over $100 to spend themselves. I returned pajamas to exchange (only return in at least ten years since moving home). The behavior of the one exchanging them was odd, almost accusatory. I work in a policy heavy industry so sharing it is one thing, but it felt odd. Then we began to shop and I guess Target doesn't have the holiday music situation worked out... there was NONE after 10. Super quiet, not very joyful or experience-making. There was a young male employee who kept harassing teen boys, who can be annoying for sure, but were just being goofy and shopping (which is often awkward for boys that age). There were SO MANY employees but I only saw 2-3 stocking (by toddler clothing) or organizing. All others were grouped up around the store and chatting. We went to check out and I got in the only open line with my 4 items. The cashier next to her told her to turn off light and "go ahead while you have time." Not sure what happened but at least 5 employees were in the checkout area. The self-checkout stayed backed up (all 4 full and 2 waiting constantly). The Starbucks and snack areas were closed so we went to Quickly for a late night treat. In total, we spent around $175, but would have easily spent $300-400 if the experience was nicer or anyone made shopping fun or basic courtesy-type contact. I'll pass next time. Target isn't known for great prices. They're known for it being fun to shop! read more

This is one of my favorite Target stores because the service here is AWESOME!! Almost all of the employees are kind and very helpful. No one there seems to hate their job or looks like they want to be somewhere else. If they see you walking around looking like you don't know where you are going (that's me) they always ask "Can I help you find something?". The only thing that is hard to do is get to this place because there is literally only one side of the big strip mall that has an entryway. You must have lots of patience because the stoplight only stays green for 17 secs (yes i'm that bored waiting at the light and have timed it a few times). This Target has the usual products all other Targets have so I won't get into all that. It also has a Starbucks right inside by the front door. Some other great reasons to come here: almost always have enough registers open in relation to store traffic, store is very clean, and it's next to lots of other stores/restaurants you may enjoy. It's around a Best Buy, Dick's, Kohl's, Pet Smart, Olive Garden, Five Guys, Chick-Fil-A, Newk's, and many others across the street. read more

Oh target! One of my favorite places to go shop and walk around in. Given that it's been around for a few years now, I like that it is always maintained and clean, I love coming here. Your average target, clean and wide selection from clothes to groceries. It wasn't to busy. However the biggest flaw to this location is there is no wine selection. So that doesn't make it a one stop shop like most targets, slight inconvenience however still a stop for your everyday needs. read more

Every time I go to the Target in D'Iberville it is a night mare. They only have 1 register open even if there is more than 5 people in line. I went this morning and one lady was in charge of the only open register and all the self checkouts and my check out had a price check and she was busy with an app on someones phone. I LOVE target. This is my second home. Staff is amazing. Starbucks is great. Nice and updated store. But why do I give this particular one a 3 stars? Because the restrooms are disgusting! Hopefully they see this review so that they can step up their cleaning game. I love coming here to grab everything that I need! This review is for the Starbucks inside Target. Long line and only one barista working and her name is Stacie. She was polite and professional dealing with all the orders she had. Every so often she would talk to the people in line and say "welcome to Starbucks, I'll be with you in a moment". A gross understatement considering all the folks in line waiting for their coffee. I like it here! I like almost every Target. The Starbucks inside is great. They are busy most of the time though. I come to this Target to drop off my recycling. They take everything except mixed paper and cardboard. This is a huge convenience as a full time traveler without a permanent address that doesn't have access to curbside recycling services. It's been a few years since I first reviewed this Target and I'm pleased to say it's just as nice as when I first shopped here a few years ago. This store is so clean and well organized. I love coming here. I just wish we had one in Gulfport. I hate going into this area because it's easy to get turned around but the new roads and ongoing construction are making the journey much easier. Just note the Red card gives you unlimited 5% cash immediately off all purchases including online. I bought a $150 Ninja Crockpot as a gift for my sisters birthday a few months ago and with free shipping that made the price better then anyone or online Amazon. The pharmacy staff I met yesterday was so helpful and personable I just can't say enough. Their pharmacy is a CVS and all my information was already in the computer. Unlike Walmart, I was able to drop off a Rx, wait about 15 minutes and out the door I was. Try and fill something at the Gulfport Walmart. That's enough to make anyone crazy! Love that there's a Target in the area! I personally find it worth driving to rather than going to one of the hundreds of Walmart's. Overall this location is clean and we have had very pleasant experiences with customer service as well finding what we've needed. They could have more to offer for produce, as well as more of an organic selection, definitely lacking a bit. However, they do have a good amount of healthy options in the other food isles and carried many brands I was searching for. I will continue to support a Target and shopping at their stores! read more

Inside Starbucks: Outstanding service. Wife ordered the pink drink with almond milk (or coconut) and it got mixed up. Looked expired (flaky) and like nothing we've seen on previous orders. We came back and they showed us the container was still good and the look is normal for the other type of milk. Manager came and showed us how both of them look side by side, then gave us the correct kind for free. Above and beyond what I expected! read more

I prefer going to Target over Walmart since I get 5% off by using my Red card debit card. Some of the prices can be a little higher then Walmart but there is usually not as big of a crowd which is nice. Also if you've lost your receipt they can slide your red card to find your transaction, and you can do a return or an exchange. I went in looking for Skylanders, the selection was slim pickings. One suggestion as far as clearance and mark downs go, is to be more sign specific. Some of the signs are very misleading, and I've worked retail for quite a while. The staff is usually friendly, I've had a few instances where management needed to get involved for pricing issues and they've always taken care of the problem professionally. read more

Worst target ever. The employees are very nice, but the managers refuse to honor almost any price matching, even if it is from target.com. I also was price matching target.com and a manager radioed to the person at the cashier asking what was being price matched because she could see in real time what was being rung up. Target is bae. I am from NYC and target is all we have, but this was the worst target I been to. The food aisles didn't make sense. It's like they just put stuff were they had space. Also, it was super overpriced. Usually there isn't a huge difference between Walmart and target but it was at least a dollar different with most food items.
