My mother found a comfortable sleeper sofa . Delivered today; a week early !! Customer service was really good ! My mother shopped for living room furniture, a sofa and chair. The sleeper sofa mattress is high density foam which we laid on in the store . We could not feel bars or springs . The bed was even with no lumps or bumps . The real test will be Easter 2024 week ! The sleeper sofa will get slept on . The price was well within her budget . The value to cost seems very good . The furniture seems well made with extra large feet and firm frames. The sofa and chair cushions seem well supported and are easy to get up from . I rate our experience 5 star for service , quality and value to cost . If needed I will update after Easter. read more

I told them I needed a bedroom set that I could pick up TODAY, they said they'd look and see what was in stock at the store today, guaranteed me that they had a couple sets, sent me pics and info on the ones they supposedly had, we picked one out, talked pricing, etc. I then drove 30 minutes to go pick it up. Turns out, it was all a ploy just to get me into the store, where they informed me that what they meant by in stock and able to pick up today, actually meant could have delivered in about a week. Total joke of a company, horrible business practice, and terrible employees to pull such a thing. read more

Loved our experience with Frank. He is very knowledgeable on the sectional couches specifically the material of the seats, which was very important to us. He took us around the entire store to show us all the sectionals and explained the difference between each model. We had a handful of questions and none of our questions went unanswered. He was very professional, super friendly, and he never made us feel pressured to purchase. Lori the manager also assisted with our experience and we were very thankful for her assistance. She, too, was just as friendly and helpful as Frank. We ended up purchasing the beautiful sectional at the front of the of the store. If you don't really need furniture for two months and don't care if it's broken then order Ashley Furniture. We ordered two bedroom sets and got it in at a trickle. Night stand was broken and had to go back. Daughter's mirror was right but wrong color dresser. After waiting way too long for our dressers we found one at our local AAFES and it was actually in stock. We canceled the one from Ashley. Then Ashley found our other dresser and delivered it with all rollers on the right side broken We will not buy again read more

Wish I could give this place zero stars. Not only is the furniture made as cheaply as possible (furniture was comfortable for less than a year before it started falling apart), this store suckered me into purchasing the $500 insurance coverage. They told me that I'd pay $500 and any damage would be covered, and if I didn't use the insurance after 5 years they would give me back my $500. I'm in the military, so I of course am not stationed in Mississippi after 5 years. Turns out that it's $500 in store credit and only available at that specific store in Mississippi, even though there are 8 Ashley furniture stores in the area where I live, non-transferable. Hopefully someone can learn from my mistakes. Avoid buying furniture from this company! read more

I know there is a shortage on merchandise everywhere but when I told Natasha I needed something quickly she went through and found me a beautiful bed that was in stock! She worked magic to get me what I needed and delivery within two days! She's helpful and quick! I will be back and she will be my go to girl for all my new home furnishings! It's okay. Our furniture was nice and the buying process super easy. The staff is friendly but can be pushy. Some staff will wait next to you and your spouse while you try and discuss your options. That part was really awkward and kind of annoying. Their products are pretty over priced and cheaply made. The mattresses they have are a small selection and you only get a 30 day trial. 30 days is not enough especially considering the least expensive mattress they have is around $3,000! When we went to exchange ours because it was too firm they stand by their 30 days ONLY policy. We went the first time before the 30 days and were talked out of exchanging because to them you need to try it out for more then 30 days!?! Now I am 6 months pregnant and we are stuck with an expensive mattress we hate. read more

I bought an oversized recliner and I paid over 700.00 for ii. They talked me into taking out insurance in case something happens and they will repair it. Well 11 months into it the cord broke that you pull to open the recliner, I was out of town when it happened and my husband didn't tell me until I got home, I called Ashley furniture and they said i would have to call the insurance company so I called the insurance company to let them know what happened and to find out where I could get it repaired and they asked me the date that it happened and I didn't have exact date but I explained that I had been out of town for 56 weeks and it had happened close to when I had left(Randy didnt know that I had taken out insurance) and Randy didnt say anything. I was honest with them and told them it happened while I was gone and they refused to fix the chair because it was not reported in a timely manner. So I was mad and called Ashley furniture back and told them I wanted my money back on the insurance since they are going to refuse to fix something that I had only had for 11 months, and they said they couldnt do that and they couldnt help me with my chair either. I wouldn't give them anymore of my money for JUNK. The same thing broke on my friends chair without insurance and Ashley refused to fix hers too. Would give 0 stars if I could. The customer service here is horrible. They're SO rude. I came here looking for a complete living room set and entertainment center in February of this year, Hope was the employee who helped my husband and I. First off, she ran our credit THEN told us if we were to buy something we would be waiting for a month or so (mind you, we just moved and had an empty house so this was a major inconvenience) but since we already had a ding on our credit we decided to buy something. We bought a reclining sectional and an entertainment center for about $3,600, then paid over $300 for delivery. They delivered the entertainment center in a box then when I called the store, they told me "oh we must have forgot to mention we can't assemble that because there's too many pieces" so, go figure, I had issues returning that as well. I eventually got it picked up, but the delivery fee was still applied. I looked online and noticed I overpaid for the sectional, it was about $400 cheaper online and I also didn't receive my military discount. I went in store and they corrected it. I received two pieces of my sectional, they weren't assembled and boxes were left behind. Now fast forward almost 3 months later and I still haven't received my entire sectional. The furniture is great. I purchased a bedroom set and love it. However, what really sets this store above the rest, is their customer service. Specifically, Ms. Lois Lane (yes, seriously, like the character from Superman) was phenomenal! She is friendly, very helpful and allowed me to take my time to look at everything I wanted, before I made a big purchase. Because of her, I will be back to purchase more items. Calvin was amazing...very attentive and helpful! As we were finishing up the sale we were handed over to Pierrie which was perfectly fine had my husband not caught him and two other employees talking about me behind our back (they had no idea my husband was standing 2 feet away from them). This was our second large purchase in 15 months from this Ashley store. I was trying to negotiate the price of the bedding that was on the bed that we just bought and told them I would pay half price around $300. Pierrie stated he needed to get approval from the manager the manager denied the request. Little did they know I had found the exact same bedding set for less than $300 which was what I was offering them. Oh well their loss. Now to what was said about me by the three employees was along the lines...I can't believe she would think she could get the bedding for what she offered and the started laughing about it. My husband interrupted them saying I am standing right here they were shocked... they asked if he needed help with anything else. My husband said no I've heard enough thank you. My husband returned to where I was in the store and we left. It wasn't until after leaving he told me what had happened. Had I known I would've canceled our order right there and then and went to a different furniture store. It is not unreasonable for someone to negotiate a price knowing there is such a large mark up.
