I ultimately won the grand prize, a cooler valued at $385. When I contacted the owner he refused to pay $58 to ship it to me. He then proceeded to curse me, call me names, bully me, and purposely call me "He" after he was told several times, by several people that I was a female. He treated me horribly!!! The cashier was not friendly at all. She totally kills the vibe that the environment is already lacking. My son and I were watched very closely the entire time we browsed the store. Another check in the "this is weird" box. They lack the most important component of a small business (or any business): customer service. They didn't attempt to upsell me or force anything I didn't need (bought a full tux w/tails). I put everything on and I was in front of a mirror shortly after getting measured for hem and a couple other alterations. All together the price I paid for a tux was cheaper than renting. It's a relatively small store, but every time I've been in, the store has been a mess... Especially in the misses department, it seems like nothing is organized. It gets very frustrating, but I do understand that they might not have the hours to get the floor recovered 100% all the time. My main issue with this store is the staff. It's rare to see an associate on the sales floor at all in this store, and they usually seem to have a lack of cashiers available. More importantly, almost any employee I've interacted with, usually at the register or at customer service, has been unfriendly and unhelpful. It's pretty off putting and a huge reason why I dislike going into this particular Kohl's. The only reasons I've given this store two stars instead of one is because they recently remodeled their cosmetics and fragrance area and it is beautiful. Also, I typically find what I need in the store, so inventory isn't an issue.

At Moses, you don't pay full price for "seconds" like in some of the other places and if you aren't happy with what you got, bring it back. Moses is THE PLACE to go for jeans (their predominant brand is Levi's- the best in the world.), slacks, shoes, boots, etc. I've been shopping here for years and the customer service has never faltered.
