The cashier was not friendly at all. She totally kills the vibe that the environment is already lacking. My son and I were watched very closely the entire time we browsed the store. Even my son said "why do they keep staying close to us and staring at us?" Staff was very weird and acted like they were suspicious of us shoplifting lol. It was almost entertaining because girl, please... go take a coffee break I'm not stealing your Christmas ornaments! Seems like they may have a loss prevention issue?? Like a previous review for this business stated, I didn't feel welcome in this store. I also asked for my receipt and the half-alive cashier said that since their internet was down, she had to keep my receipt and I couldn't have it. Walmart carries paper receipt books last I checked? Another check in the "this is weird" box. They lack the most important component of a small business (or any business): customer service. Nice products on the shelves but I didn't see anything that I can't order online and curve everything mentioned above.

I…read morewill be honest...I shop mostly online these days and I don't have a lot of experience with outlet malls. But I was impressed with the beauty of this mall and the cleanliness of the streets. There were many stores and eateries to visit. The architecture was super cute and put me in mind of a little village. At the Coach store, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and I even received a 10% off discount after telling the cashier it was my first visit with them. There was a bigger selection here than what was at my store back home and the value at the Coach store is always worth the cost, depending on what's purchased. Biloxi is always a fun trip and I would visit this outlet again for my shopping needs when I return.

They recently built few electric charging stations in north east end of the outlet. A few new stores have opened and few stores have closed but still have the signs up. A little misleading. Even the website says it still around. Hopefully, it will be updated or they are closed for renovations? I found out they do not offer a food court anymore. Bloomingdale's is there instead. I was baffled when I walked into Bloomingdale's outlet. I thought I made a mistake. That would explain why they have a few food trucks on south side of the outlet. They also renovated the playground. I am not sure if they expanded it too? Please let me know? They do offer free Wi-Fi. I am not sure how the speed is? Definitely worth checking out if you are looking for a good deal! Great selection for all. I am sure they have a store for someone in your party. Easy access off the highway. I-10 and highway 49 south. Just take the first right off Creosote Road. Be mindful of the traffic. It depends on when you go. Please refer to the website for hours or any available information and deals.

Belk, Gulfport, Mississippi - A Must-See for Socialists, Sociologists, Not Shoppers…read more If you're a tourist--or a local with a strong stomach--and ever wondered what it looks like when a national retail chain is clinging to survival like a cat on a screen door, then do yourself a favor: go to Belk in Gulfport, Mississippi. This store is either circling the drain or conducting a masterclass in how not to run a retail operation. The experience? Imagine a time capsule of corporate desperation: oddball marketing gimmicks, sales that make no sense, and a rewards system that might require a three-hour phone call and a degree in forensic accounting to decipher. I'm convinced they've turned "customer service" into an endurance sport. As a long-time Belk account holder, I'm not here to trash anyone--I'm simply documenting what should be considered a public service field trip. If there were Nobel Peace Prizes for keeping your cool in a chaotic retail environment, I think this review alone would qualify me as a finalist. And in case you're wondering, I won't be accused of defamation. I was encouraged--practically begged--by Belk to close my account, and after this experience, I now understand why. You're welcome, America.
