I went in to ask for a $55 loan on $250 worth of my coins collection and this guy offered me $35. He does not value loyalty, he values the almighty dollar. I will redeem my items and move my business elsewhere. Also he believes he knows about coins and has been proven wrong on several occasions. Coin shops are no longer coin shops and most pawn shops are loan sharks basically feeding off of people's hard times. If you go there ask for Mac or Ray. They are the absolute best. Thanks guys for all that you do and sorry I have to cut ties

I was asked if I had an appointment which I did not, as I didn't know...but they said no problem, come on in. (It was lunch time) Had a coin collection my father had amassed over 40 years. He died 23 years ago. Quality stuff...no slick circulated coins....just wanted it to be evaluated for what it is. Norm started sorting it...piled all over one of his glass display cases. Inventoried it and went to work looking up prices and of course silver prices are all over the place lately. When he finished up he showed me the total and didn't refuse to take any of what I had brought in. Folks are top notch and extremely fair, knowledgeable and were pleasant to work with. You do need to educate yourself a bit so you set proper expectations or you will be disappointed most anywhere you go. Simple google searches will get you up to speed usually and help avoid misunderstandings. I had an overall positive experience...and will go there again in the future. Who knows i might start stacking silver!

I'm so glad this place is open only while I'm at work. But twice I've given them the opportunity to make a new customer on a day off. Twice, I've seen things no other coin shop would dare do. This may be your type of place if you don't know any better. Because of the open hours, I've driven to Slidell, and Mobile and further just to spend my money. Seeing this shop operate the way it does. I'm glad I've went elsewhere multiple times before I ever sat foot in your store. If not, I may not know any better either. EDIT: after owner comment/ yes, Norman, exactly twice. And made purchases both times. Horrible selection to choose from, and not willing to pull out a tube to sell from. Shame on you for only wanting to sell the toned af generic rounds, because you don't want to break open a tube of which you have plenty of. Take the loss later and send it to melt instead of pushing impaired goods. I hope this to others why they should do business elsewhere. It's worth the time to not shop here. And to rebut your statement about being open Saturday. I pont blank asked if you were open on weekends. Your reply was "we don't do that any more". Your reply was not ' we can do an appt on Saturday. ' But when you're the only guy in the coast you can be as snarky as you like and then defend it online. I've saved so much in premiums by not shopping with you I have an extra 100oz silver that would have been your premium if you hadn't been so difficult on the phone before I ever came the 1st time to your store. So in all I've bought only 20oz of silver with you. thanks for showing me you didn't want to earn a new customer.

My mother had a U-Haul reserved and on our way to pick it up she received a call from U-Haul stating her truck wasn't available. The customer that had it basically stole it and wasn't answering U-Hauls calls. That rep referred us to another dealer and we got there , that truck wasn't available either. They took our info and would call. In the meantime, I decided to search any other dealer and found Jerry's. He informed me that nothing was available until 2 pm. He took my info and less than an hour later I received a call that a 26 foot truck was available which is what we needed. They did what they said they would do by calling us, were very friendly and professional. I will always recommend Jerry's! Thank you Jerry!
