Lies,lies, lies!!!! Promise me a$200.00 use anywhere Visa card. Got The card as promised, but it's only good at T mobile. Tried to use it at the store and was told I couldn't because I had linked it to Apple Pay like he told me to do. If you like being lied to, then this is the place to go read more

The staff was extremely helpful when I went in to upgrade my devices. Several customers came in behind me and they were friendly in helping everyone and got to them as soon as they could. Anytime you need to go to a cellphone store, just expect it might take longer than you expect and you'll be just fine. read more

The young man who helped me had little to no knowledge of phones or plans. He was condescending and rude. While he was still dealing with my phone issues, he apparently decided that he was done with me because he walked away and asked someone else if he could help them! Unprofessional staff and horrible customer service!! read more

Brandon Stanley, the person at the store helping them, stepped up and was able to resolve the issues and get me the transfer PIN number required to change my service! Thank you Brandon! One such sales representative is Hawkins Whitehead. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and has the total patience of the biblical individual, Job. This client found him to be extremely helpful with some of the major issues with the Apple 1400. His demeanor shows professionalism with an interest with his clients. This client had numerous major issues and Hawkins, patiently explained and solved all of the select problems, with the Apple 1400. The manager of this particular store is also a great 'people' person and this the client certainly gives this T-Mobile store very high recommendations; moreover, the location on Miller Road is very excessive able from I-75.
