It was summer and they keep the air so cold that she constantly had eczema flair ups on the 3 school days. Her days off she would be fine. I hired a Au pair and it seemed a bit too late. Few days after my daughters last day her eczema looked off and she also had a fever. Turned out my daughter got a bone infection. Doctors say the eczema being scratched gave the infection a port of entry. On tops of all this the eczema flair up that looked a little off tested to be herpes. so, all in all my daughter ended up in the hospital for 11 days. Had 3 surgeries and sent home on IV antibiotics. And now has a virus for life. I'm so upset words can't even explain. I feel like a failure as a parent as it's my job to protect her. Being in the hospital I've lewrned how they keep the cross contamination to a minimum. This and all daycares should follow the children's hospital as these are our babies whom are at risk. My daughter got sick. Deadly sick and now has a un curable virus because of your failure to keep the center clean.

If you're a young couple who works a typical 9-5 5 days a week she doesn't accommodate at all. Her hours are absolute TRASH . She cuts off at 4:30, and since my husband works late he never gets there on time to pick him up, also we're 20 minutes away and there's no leeway at all. She just charged. 25$ extra because he was 5 minutes late. Her deposits are obscene. And when my son got sick for 3days out of the four day week she stilll charged us 200$ for the whole week. As a young couple with typical jobs -100/10 do not recommend. This woman is swindling. We will be leaving and never come back. She has also asked for 7$ for some high end sunscreen for the kids for the whole summer(we won't be paying that) . Stuff that toddlers don't need there is 50+ spf out there for babies for 5$ At the grocery store that will last all Summer. Instead she is trying to buy from supergoop. A high end brand sold at SEPHORA for TODDLERS . The movers arrived smelling strongly of marijuana, which immediately raised concerns about professionalism and safety. More importantly, they were not prepared to perform the move at all. It became clear that the owner, who provided the original quote, failed to communicate the true scope of the job to his own crew. As a result, the movers said they could not complete the services I had booked and left a deposit for. This left me in an impossible situation, as I was closing on the sale of my house the very next day. I was forced to scramble at the last minute to find another moving company under extreme stress. A moving company should be reliable, professional, and transparent--especially when people's homes and major life events are involved. This company failed on all counts and did nothing to be solution based to rectify the situation.
