I thought I was going to have to leave my car in Flint overnight (an hour from home) because I couldn't find anyone to service it that day. He called around to a few places and got me right in to someone a few miles away. The total time from me hitting a pothole to being back on the road with a new tire installation was just over an hour. Excellent service. He also offered to wait with my friend and I to make sure we were taken care of, which was kind and wonderful because we weren't in the safest neighborhood.

I'm helping him by reporting this to BBB and Michigan's Attorney Generals office. Shame on them. This happened at the Bay City store. Were going to speak to our lawyer too. This is just wrong. The people behind the counters' know nothing, and strung him along for five months. He was even told not to talk to them and ask for the people who make the system's.
