I purchased 2 iphones from Metro by T Mobile and requested insurance for both phones. I was assured before I left the store that I had insurance on both phones. I go in another Metro by T mobile store to pay my son's phone bill and was advised that the insurance went up by $6. I payed the $6, however it led me to inquire about the insurance increase for my other 2 iphones and the gentleman advised me that I don't have insurance but some type of bundle and never did!!! He said that I needed to inquire with the store that I purchased the phones from or contact customer service. The dude in the original store said not his problem. i called customer service and explained the situation to them and they were very apologetic, however they couldn't offer any solutions other than for me to purchase 2 new Iphones to get the insurance because it had been almost a year. I explained to her that on original date of purchase the dude assured me that my monthly bill included insurance but I found out today that I was paying for some type of bundle that I didn't need nor did I ask for and not the insurance that I had requested. The customer representative assured me that there was no way that they could possibly make it right for the customer because it had been so long!!! I would NOT recommend Metro by T Mobile to anyone , for their representatives are SCAMMERS DECEIVING people out of their money and services. Metro by T Mobile representatives tell people whatever just to get them to make a purchase all while knowing that the company doesn't mail out or text itemized statements monthly and therefore people have no way of really knowing what services they are getting or paying for!!!
