What I did not understand - is the service plans listed on the T-Mobile web site - are not necessarily available in the physical stores. I had stopped in to this store earlier in the day - and talked to one of the sales people. I shared that I had a brand new iPhone in the box - and that I had looked over the plans on the web site - and had questions about a couple of the plans before I selected one. In this case - the Magenta Over 55 plans are not available via the stores. I told the sales person I needed to run home, grab the iPhone and the service plans print outs - and that I would come back and purchase a plan. So the sales person should've told me at that point - that some of the plans listed on the web site - were not available to purchase in the physical stores. I came back about 30 minutes later with my stuff - and the guy proceeds to tell me the plan I wanted - is not available through them. I responded that that information would have been useful when I was visited earlier. So I went home and purchased the service plan I wanted and provisioned the iPhone from home. The gentlemen that I met (Faisal) was very knowledgeable and friendly, he walked me through the process of what was needed and what he recommended without and pressure sales tactics. I decided on an IP camera system based on Faisals suggestions and glad that I did....the picture quality is excellent. I am a very pleased with the quality of installation and the DVR camera system . I am in no way affiliated with this company, just wanted to give credit where credit is due. This review is long overdue…read more James installed our Sonos system at our home in Ashburn shortly after we moved in back in July 2014. In addition, he installed our new flat-screen TV -- coming up with a custom solution that worked perfectly. He also did some troubleshooting on our CAT-5 ethernet and installed wi-fi routers throughout the home. Last but not least, he managed to resurrect the in-home speaker system which had been dormant for 5+ years. The home came equipped with ceiling mounted JBL speakers in 3 rooms, but the previous owner never managed to get them working. James removed the antiquated / non-functioning receiver and equipment from our media closet, and replaced it with a Sonos system -- and breathed new life into those JBL speakers. Now we enjoy Pandora, iTunes, etc throughout the home. James is amazingly resourceful, shows up on time, does great work, and always can be counted on to return a call. His professionalism and attention to detail are beyond reproach. We're doing a porch, deck, and pool addition right now, and I will be 100% calling James to help with our outdoor hi-fi / wi-fi needs.
