This is one of the worst customer service stores I've ever been in. Was supposed to have an…read moreappointment with the store manager that Verizon set up to get me some help. His name is Alan Edgeworth. After coming in the store was approached by a Hispanic person that was rude telling me the guy was not there and basically wanting me to leave. This was an appointment set up by Verizon. Person didn't want to help me no one else in the store that was standing around three other people wanted to help left there without any help and didn't wanna give me the store manager's name which I finally got and did not want to take my name and number for him to call me. Supposedly he had something come up well he didn't let anybody know that I was coming into the office or they didn't care. I'm gonna send something to the Board of Directors of Verizon so that they will close the store up as a Verizon dealer stay away if you want any help go by your phone somewhere else.

The service is terrible and you can't get calls from inside the same building…read more The manager treated us so horribly and screamed at me when I handed her my license which she requested. I handed it to her and she began screaming "Don't throw things at my staff" I was shocked as was my husband and everyone standing in line waiting. I composed myself and turned to leave and I noticed that there were just one other staff person there who we didn't speak to but she heard the whole thing. I went out and the 3 ladies behind me said "Whats wrong with T-Mobile Karen" I said "follow me" and took them outside and explained. I then called T-Mobile and reported it bc I felt she just wanted my husband's attention alone. He was returning one thing and she held him up for 2 hrs. I in the meantime had been talking to both the ladies and the customer service on the phone while managing to send away all the customers who thought it might be a good deal. I'm still getting billed for the equipment that we returned to her, she pocketed the cash and that managers done this for years in Rainbow City AL. They have a good trainee, they should promote her and audit everything that manager has touched since coming to T-Mobile bc they don't have anything saying we returned it except the certified mail receipt which she wasn't aware of. I'm considering small claims bc they don't want to fire this woman and she's stealing from customers. I assume she's stealing from T-Mobile too.

We had just paid cash for AT&T phones that were useless and then had to rebuy Verizon ones.. We kept AT&T landline, internet and Direct TV but AT&T billed us separately and I've called every month for 9 months only to get the runaround. Finally, Direct TV, because they didn't want to lose our 30 yrs good customer is crediting $45 per month for the next year. AT&T bill alone was $290 last month. Spectrum charges $44.50 internet, $44.50 landline, $44.50 cable and $44.50 per cellphone (we have 2). So basically tax and all just under $280 per month compared to $650 we're paying now. AT&T SUX IN ALABAMA!! It's fine where my dad lives but the cost and the customer service is AWFUL. PPL if you're choosing new service don't use AT&T
