    This place is awful. The service is terrible and you can't get calls from inside the same building…read more The manager treated us so horribly and screamed at me when I handed her my license which she requested. I handed it to her and she began screaming "Don't throw things at my staff" I was shocked as was my husband and everyone standing in line waiting. I composed myself and turned to leave and I noticed that there were just one other staff person there who we didn't speak to but she heard the whole thing. I went out and the 3 ladies behind me said "Whats wrong with T-Mobile Karen" I said "follow me" and took them outside and explained. I then called T-Mobile and reported it bc I felt she just wanted my husband's attention alone. He was returning one thing and she held him up for 2 hrs. I in the meantime had been talking to both the ladies and the customer service on the phone while managing to send away all the customers who thought it might be a good deal. I'm still getting billed for the equipment that we returned to her, she pocketed the cash and that managers done this for years in Rainbow City AL. They have a good trainee, they should promote her and audit everything that manager has touched since coming to T-Mobile bc they don't have anything saying we returned it except the certified mail receipt which she wasn't aware of. I'm considering small claims bc they don't want to fire this woman and she's stealing from customers. I assume she's stealing from T-Mobile too.

    Great Fiber Speeds, But Sales Team Needs Work I had AT&T…read moreFiber installed on 11/15/2025 in Fultondale, and the internet speed has been outstanding so far--much better than I expected. If you've seen their ads or visited their website, you might not believe it, but the actual service has been excellent. That said, the installation process was a mixed bag. I had to deal with three sales reps who clearly didn't understand the product. They couldn't answer basic questions and kept repeating vague explanations about Wi-Fi, regardless of the actual topic. Thankfully, the technician who did the install--Julius B.--was fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions clearly. He really saved the experience. While I'm impressed with the service so far, I'm a little concerned about what might happen if I ever need to call support. But for now, everything is working as expected.

They said techs would get it restored as quickly as possible. It was 2+ days before service was restored. I do not believe tech were working on this small outage (one street) for 2 days. I don't k now if it was because this was a week-end or not, bubt after waiting all week-end, service was restored Monday morning. I would like to know why it took so long to restore the coverage and why we were given misleading info on the outage.
