This is one of the worst customer service stores I've ever been in. Was supposed to have an…read moreappointment with the store manager that Verizon set up to get me some help. His name is Alan Edgeworth. After coming in the store was approached by a Hispanic person that was rude telling me the guy was not there and basically wanting me to leave. This was an appointment set up by Verizon. Person didn't want to help me no one else in the store that was standing around three other people wanted to help left there without any help and didn't wanna give me the store manager's name which I finally got and did not want to take my name and number for him to call me. Supposedly he had something come up well he didn't let anybody know that I was coming into the office or they didn't care. I'm gonna send something to the Board of Directors of Verizon so that they will close the store up as a Verizon dealer stay away if you want any help go by your phone somewhere else.

She asked for our license and I asked why and slid it across the table to which she screamed not yours his, meaning my husband's and that she's not going to have me throwing things at her staff. Mind you we were there talking alone and didn't speak to anyone but each other but I got up because of the scene she made and there was 3 ladies in line behind me and I said "Run" They left with me and I continued explaining what happened inside. Don't do business with T-Mobile in Rainbow City AL with the manager. She's far from helpful and anything but kind. I made a complaint with her boss.
