    So this review is exclusively about the service that was received at this store .... it has nothing…read moreto do with how much I may or may not like the service that Verizon offers to it's cellular customers. That being said, I couldn't have been happier with the experience we had at this particular Verizon store. We ordered our stuff on line and a little later that day we got a text letting us know our stuff was in store and ready for pick up. Upon arrival they have full Covid procedures in place and only a limited # of customers are allowed in the store at one time. There weren't many people there and the wait was really quick. They had our stuff in a bag ready to go and were really friendly while we were there and made sure there wasn't anything else we needed help with. Didn't really do any window shopping (did that online), but the store itself is well stocked with the latest greatest cellular devices and looked like it would be easy to do some comparisons if you are trying to decide which route is best for you. Great store, super clean, easy access and great customer service. Highly recommend.

    I bundled our services with AT&T a yr ago only to find their cell service was so poor my husband (a…read moredirector at hospital) was missing calls from CEO in the same building. We had just paid cash for AT&T phones that were useless and then had to rebuy Verizon ones.. We kept AT&T landline, internet and Direct TV but AT&T billed us separately and I've called every month for 9 months only to get the runaround. Finally, Direct TV, because they didn't want to lose our 30 yrs good customer is crediting $45 per month for the next year. AT&T bill alone was $290 last month. Spectrum charges $44.50 internet, $44.50 landline, $44.50 cable and $44.50 per cellphone (we have 2). So basically tax and all just under $280 per month compared to $650 we're paying now. AT&T SUX IN ALABAMA!! It's fine where my dad lives but the cost and the customer service is AWFUL. PPL if you're choosing new service don't use AT&T

Due to problems with the ghetto reseller I would have never gotten the overseas technicians to successfully port my number to native ATT. Allison spent 3 hours fighting that for me. She found me discounts where I'm basically on a business account with all the hotspot data I'd ever need and on the latest LG v series phablet for barely any $$. Now doing engineer work for the Federal Govt on the road again thanks to her tireless effort. I can not thank you enough!

If you've seen their ads or visited their website, you might not believe it, but the actual service has been excellent. That said, the installation process was a mixed bag. I had to deal with three sales reps who clearly didn't understand the product. They couldn't answer basic questions and kept repeating vague explanations about Wi-Fi, regardless of the actual topic. Thankfully, the technician who did the install--Julius B.--was fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions clearly. He really saved the experience. While I'm impressed with the service so far, I'm a little concerned about what might happen if I ever need to call support. But for now, everything is working as expected.

    Horrible service and inaccurate info on outage. Internet…read morewent out early Jan 11,2025. I contacted AA and were told they were working on the outage. They said techs would get it restored as quickly as possible. It was 2+ days before service was restored. I do not believe tech were working on this small outage (one street) for 2 days. I don't k now if it was because this was a week-end or not, bubt after waiting all week-end, service was restored Monday morning. I would like to know why it took so long to restore the coverage and why we were given misleading info on the outage.
