Not really a good show for a gamespot .... I really think interacting with the customer in a small store is a good touch and goes a long ways towards repeat business/purchases. The store itself was a little smaller than some of the others I've been in, but the one thing about Gamestop ... they all have the same selection, they just compress the aisle ways and make space for it. The pharmacy was rude, telling me they do not care as it would be 1-2 days before they could have the script ready. It was a common antibiotic and they verified it was in stock but were too busy to fill it. They also refused to fax it to another location. They did enter it into the system, but I had to drive to Chattanooga without the meds. The other CVS location agreed it was ridiculous as regardless of how busy their store was or is, this was an easy order to process and took 2 minutes. Although we have insurance, we paid cash to make it easier. I do not recommend this pharmacy at all. Pharmacies like this give the entire CVS brand a bad name. Common scripts that are in stock for small children just released from the ER should be handled quickly and efficiently, not wait days to be processed. If you need something quickly, go elsewhere.

I called customer service and they wanted to charge me full price and shipping which I told them was not acceptable. They sent me a defective vacuum from another store. I get the the new one and attempt take the other one back. It had been in the pool for approximately 1 minute before we realized the part was missing. Lady working the counter at the Gadsden store was a bit of a snot and that's being kind. They refused to take back the vacuum back. They told me I have to call the manufacturer to get a letter so they can refund me. This stores corporate return policy is absolutely the worst. If you buy something and it's not right somehow it becomes your problem. I would not recommend buying from Academy unless you have money you don't mind wasting.
